hotel was definitely not worth the price

I decided to stay at this hotel because the Holiday Inn on Pine Street was booked. The hotel looked nice from the outside, but the rooms are a different story. I checked into a room with a kitchen for my 4 night stay. However, as soon as I walked into the hotel and checked in the lady at the front desk said that housekeeping only visits ONCE a week?!?! I could tell as soon as I walked into my room! The hardwood/pergo floor was disgusting and all of dishes in the cabinets were dirty, as well as the greasy/uncleaned countertop. I called the front desk and demanded that housekeeping immediately scrub the room top-to-bottom or I was leaving and going to another hotel. This was not acceptable for paying atleast $100 a night for hotel and it wasn't clean.Also, the gas company workers stay at this hotel and get back to their rooms around 10-11pm and stomp around for an hour or so. Then all you hear is stomping at 4am when they wake up for work....so not a very good night of sleep!Additionally, the hotel charged my credit card for half of the trip even though I already booked and paid for the trip [...] I called the hotel and they claimed to have reversed the charges to my credit card, but it has been a week and the charges are still there.All in all, I highly recommend a better hotel at a better price!!!

Excellent value

I was in the area to attend my nephew's high school graduation. This facility had the best location and value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am sure I have not had any better experience anywhere.

Great Experience!

This hotel was wonderful, in comparison to other places located in the same area. My wife & I stayed here for one night and had absolutely no complaints. Room was clean, free hot breakfast, and friendly staff to greet you. The only bad thing was it is difficult to spot from the road because it sits back away from the main road.

Value for your money

Our room was like a mini apartment, complete with kitchen, living room with pullout sofa, and a bedroom. The hotel was very clean, located on a main street with tons of restaurants, and the price was very reasonable.
