Hotel room was very pricey and out dated. Complimentary breakfast was decent.

We were in town for a wedding and when scheduling we were offered a smoking or a handicap room. . The handicap room was our choice because of allergies. The room wad excellent and was much nicer than our friends in smoking rooms!

With the natural gas industry hitting the Northeast, I have come the conclusion that this hotel figures wether they try hard or not, they're going to get a full booking. I stayed on the 2nd floor, and the air conditioner sounded like it was going to take off any minute. There was hair from at least 2 different donors in the bed next to us. Cleaning service obviously just made up the bed without changing the sheets. The bed we stayed in was clean. Thank God there were 2 beds. There were dead bugs smooshed into the ceiling, I didn't feel comfortable being barefoot in the hotel room. If the cleaning service ran the vacuum, they did it in a quick way!!! The bathroom sink top wasn't cleaned right. There was dust and old dead bugs behind the coffee pot. Our towels were clean. The bathroom sink didn't drain well. It was a big pool of water for a long time, and slowly drained out. I won't be looking to stay here when we come back to Williamsport in Sept. The owner needs to care a little more. Just because he has "guaranteed bookings" with the Gas Guys, doesn't mean they need to scrimp on service!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel isn't at a great location (next to some industrial plant). The room was nice with a fridge, microwave and a great free breakfast. If they can keep lobby as clean as the room, I would rate it even higher. Perfect for a business traveler on a budget. If they can a get a garden around the hotel (specially on the side of the plant), it would raise their profile.significantly.

Stayed here for a week's vacation back to my hometown. The only plusses are the friendly staff who seem sincere in their desire to be helpful, and a more than ample complimentary breakfast. However the facility itself is somewhat run down with dirty, poorly maintained walkways and stairwells, unreliable basic amenities (power went out in the room 3 times in one evening for up to 15 minutes or more, hot water appeared to be gone by midafternoon). The majority of rooms currently are booked by workers for the large local natural gas industry, many of whom proved to be loud, rowdy and drunken late into the night. On two separate evenings, drunken laborers attempted to get in the room, banging on the doors and walls when they were unable to do so (certainly glad that I wasn't traveling with small children!). Returning in the evening posed a problem in locating an open parking space, also a result of the many worker vehicles in the lot. Overall, not only the worst Best Western I've ever experienced, but this place rivals the poorest experience I've ever had with a motel/hotel. I clearly would not recommend and will not be staying again. If a family is traveling with children, DEFINITELY steer clear!

Easy In and Out

Very basic room in an overcrowded area. Not the location I was interested in.

Motel was very nicely renovated. Breakfast was outstanding, including omlett, waffles and many other very nice touches. Fridays on property and several other eateries within walking distance, including fast food. We were there to work on a rental property.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and there wasn't any noise. Continential breakfast was the best and couldn't believe the wide selection of food.
