You get what you pay for
The room was clean enough, but lacking in things I was expecting. Basic rooms lack microwave and fridge - no problem if you can go to the lobby, I thought. Except there's no microwave even in the lobby, no continental breakfast. And I came into town for a job interview - finding that there was no iron or ironing board when I checked in late in the evening was very upsetting. It was cold outside, and I was told "Oh, there's an elevator to your third floor room at the end of the row." No, there are stairs at the end of the row where I parked; there's an elevator halfway down the row, which I found the next morning on the way to check out. I'll be staying in this area next week, but I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Beds need something
Overall room cleanliness was OK for us, but at check-out, overheard a patron complaining about their room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that the beds have been used hard. They are lumpy and slant one way or the other. New mattresses would be a great help

Where's the Hotel?
Can't see the sign for the hotel from Hwy 315. It's hidden behind a tree... Otherwise, the hotel is a good deal for an inexpensive place to crash on a road trip.

Adequate for a 1-night stay. Good value
It was clean and close to many things that met our needs and the price was better than most in the area. Finding the entrance was difficult even with a GPS we missed it first try.

Seems All-New
I went to attend a memorial service in town for my late mother on Palm Sunday. I had to drive two hours in torrential rains and high winds to get there. Several people arrived at the same time, and the two courteous women a the desk had us all checked-in very shortly. The motel was a little difficult to find even with online directions; the entrance is marked by a big sign but the driveway itself is not well-lit so you have to slow down almost to a stop to find it. It helped that I'm a little familiar with the area so I had a "bump of direction" to guide me. The motel is convenient to any number of chain and private restaurants, most within one mile or so. My room appeared to be newly-painted and decorated. Very comfortable and clean. Because of the high winds, the satellite TV went out for a short time. Only bare essentials were provided (toiletries), no iron, blow-dryer, in-room coffee, micro or fridge. I didn't need them anyway this trip. The motel does provide free coffee in the lobby. WiFi was free and easy to access. I would recommend this and would stay here again
