A surprisingly good place
From check in to check out, we had no problems with our stay. We had trouble with almost everything else about our travel, but the stay at this motel was a pleasant surprise, the food good, the staff helpful and kind, the room larger than average, the pool clean and staffed, and even the view was wonderful. Although it isn't a luxury hotel, the only reason for not giving it 5 stars, everything else was what we look for in a travel stay. Well done!

Best Western East Mountain Inn & Suites
The hotel room was large and comfortable. It was conveniently near our son and family's home. We travelled to our grangson's high school and had a wonderful trip. The hotel seemed like home to us, making the trip enjoyable.

Lost traveler
Wrong address listed EVERYWHERE
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a loud family sharing several surrounding rooms, and the water in the bathrooms of adjoining rooms is loud enough to wake you. It did take nearly an hour to find the hotel, since every mapping and GPS software I used, including Orbits and Best Western's own site, LISTS THE WRONG ADDRESS. I mentioned this at the front desk and they said they've been "trying to change it" because it currently lists their mailing address. I'm not sure how this is the case, since the physical location of this address on a map, is the back of a hospital, next to a water tower. There is absolutely no excuse for someone not making some calls and getting this fixed in a couple hours. To have your own website list the address incorrectly is absurd. The hotel is a little over 2 miles away. Address listed: 2400 E End Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, PA, 18702 Actual address: 400 Wildflower Drive Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702

Awesome experience
I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at the Best Western. The staff was friendly, the location was fabulous and the rooms were very well kept.

A case of bad timing
The Best Western East Mountain Inn & Suites was a decent hotel with clean rooms. The staff was reasonably friendly. I got in at 10pm and asked the bartender if there was still food available. He said no so I didn't have anything to eat until morning. I really appreciated the airport shuttle.
