Good for price
Seemed to be a place for extended stays. I was just overnight, but my regular hotel was full. This place fit the bill for my need.

low-budget, enjoyable results
well, they obviously had cut some corners to give you a lower price, but it didn't detract from the experience. I don't need my room cleaned every day, i did fine without shampoo in the shower, and I've never had enough time to properly enjoy a complimentary breakfast. They DID have separate face and hand soaps, with awesome (rather savory actually) scents :D

A mile or so east there was a cinema with a good selection of month-old or so movies for only 99 cents!

Good business location
The hotel stay was for business purposes, it was very easily accessible from the roadway and easy to get back on in the morning to get to the meeting location. The hotel is also just down from a big mall and several nice restaurants in the area. The staff was very polite and accommodating and would recommend to others.

There is a large shopping mall just down the road from the hotel as well as several strip malls and a few outlet stores as well as several restaraunts to choose from.
