Overnight stay if you just want basics
Good price. Didn't need the extended stay amenities since it was just an overnight, but the price was right and it was clean. Other than that, there wasn't much to it.

Good for price
Seemed to be a place for extended stays. I was just overnight, but my regular hotel was full. This place fit the bill for my need.

it was just a bed for the night. we had to see relatives in the hospital, and we only had the week end. I will say that it was clean and very quiet, and that was most important to us.

Great Price, Average Stay
Spent the night in PA visiting friends and just needed a place for the night. With the full kitchen and king bed Extended Stay was easily the best price. You just have to keep in mind you get what you pay for... the bed was very hard and lacking the number of pillows most places would have waiting for you and the towels felt like they could almost pass for sandpaper (but they did dry really well).

Attended a 40th class reunion and enjoyed a total all in 1 experiene. clean room, microwave for cooking and oven. Big fridge for beverages when needed. A great clean, comfortable stay. Super nearby stores and shoppes! This was my 3rd stay! I'll be back!

I attended a wedding for a relative. The rooms are close to a variety of restaurants. Although, there were no maps to help get around in the surrounding areas, with GPS, you can get to most locations quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful and very professional. The rooms are somewhat dated and could use some renovations. The TV is in need of updating to a flat screen.

There are a number of restaurants that you can go to eat. Nothing high end, mostly family style restaurants. Kennywood, the local amusement part is about 20 minutes away in Duquesne, but difficult to navigate if you don't know the area.

Basic place to sleep for a few days
First room didn't have working internet or phone. 2nd room smelled of smoke. It was suposed to be a non-smoking room. 3rd room was okay. No amenities such as pool or work-out room. Beds were hard as a rock. Room was clean and furnished with basics for a long stay. TV was old technology, but had Showtime. They charge extra for wifi access, but the charge is reasonable. Room rate was very reasonable.

Clean room, noisy neighbors!
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of October, 2009. I checked in late in the evening and the girl a the front desk seemed to have a bad day. She kept telling us so, and was complaining loudly about her fiance. She was otherwise friendly. There were people across the hall from my room that were very noisy (especially for being late in the evening). They kept going in an out of their room (slamming the door each time) and talking loudly in the hotel hall way. This happened on the 3rd night as well. Also on the 3rd night, someone was knocking on the door across the hall for about an hour (this started at about 4:45 AM). Other than noisy neighbors I was quite pleased with my stay. The room was very clean and recently remodeled (I believe only the first floor rooms have been redone). I had some trouble getting the heat to work but never asked about it...I just didn't get that cold. Also, I stayed in a non-smoking room; however, I could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom...I think it drifts through the vents. Overall, if my travels take me back to West Mifflin I would stay at this hotel again if I found a cheap rate.

Clean accomodation, Well priced
This extended stay hotel was clean and the room was updated. The late-night desk person that checked us in seemed harried. Even though the kitchen area was furnished, there was no dish soap. I learned that the reception desk was happy to supply you with necessary items: just need to ask: dish soap, decaf, hair dryer. The hallway was very noisy into the wee hours of the morning. We finally asked the front desk to intervene with the noisy guests.
