queen size
Reservation was for a queen sized bed. Room had only a double. Manager tried to convince us that because the hotel called it a queen room that meant it automatically became a queen sized bed regardless of the size of the bed. Bizarre?. To top that, it was not a queen sized room in the first place.

weekend with the wife

Jenny @ front desk very nice & accomodating - bumped our room up when in need Maddie helped out by replacing missing food - Ice Tea, Candy Bars & 2 Microwave Popcorns Overall; Beautiful Room, Good Parking, Easy Access Would enjoy to another stay in the future.

Hotel has been revamp, which is good, staff is ok not too friendly but helpful. I think the rooms are too small.

Great West Chester Hotel
This hotel is a great find for those who need a hotel close to the city. It is very easy and inexpensive to get a taxi from the hotel to downtown West Chester and only takes a matter of minutes. Hotel also has complimentary coffee in the morning which is an added bonus

A Great place to stay if you are planning on visiting the downtown area of West Chester. Easily able to get a cab from hotel to downtown area and it is very inexpensive.
