Decent place
This was the first time we had ever stayed at Red Roof Inns. Overall, we were happy with the stay. There were two items that would have made the stay better. First, the tv remote did not work, and second, the toilet seat had a crack in it and pinched.

The front desk person was very friendly. this is my second time staying at this location. Its nice to have someone with good customer service skills working the front desk and being the face of the hotel.

A Real Beater
Red Roof Inns are fairly average, but I've always found them to be consistently so. This place has definitely seen more than its share of wear and tear. Vehicles just outside of the room door were so loud that they sounded like they were warming up inside the room.

basic needs met
clean bathroom, clean sheets, although non smoking, the hallways reeked of cigarettes. Trash was piled on top of the public can in the hall way from check in at 3 pm until check out at 8 am the next day....unnacceptable

Convenient and clean
Our primary emphasis was on someplace convenient and reasonably priced - we knew we wouldn't spend much time at the hotel but needed a place that was convenient to our weekend plans. There was nothing special about this hotel, but it was clean and the staff were very friendly and was willing and able to answer any questions we had. While we wouldn't vacation at this hotel, we would stay there again if we were in the area for other activities.

Nothing Special
Missing a lot of small things. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Only one waste basket in entire room. Bed was not comfortable and only had two pillows. Missed having a coffeemaker. We stayed at two other hotels during our trip- both cost less than this one and offered more.

not a good experience
our towels and face cloths were not changed as promised tub was not cleaned it was noisey beds were very uncomfortable

Much improved since my previous stay
Everything that I expected from this low end of the range price facility was present. The bathroom fixtures were new and great looking and worked very well. The water temperature was accurately graduated. The beds were not particularly comfortable but they were free from bed bugs. No coffee machine was provided, but there was good coffee and tea at the lobby at all times. I was impressed to see self-attended security boxes. The personnel at the lobby were friendly and helpful. I feel like I received my money's worth.

Clean basic room
After reading the reviews, all we wanted was a clean nice room and that is exactly what we got for a great price. No breakfast but for the lower cost, we went out to eat and still saved money. We'll stay there again in a minute.

Union Grill restaurant was great but not open Sunday's. Way too much food. Angelo's was also very good.
