Hotel south of Pittsburgh with easy interstate access

Needs overhaul or change of management
This hotel was pretty rundown: the carpeting in the public areas was worn (and in my room too), the hallway smelled of smoke, some of the towels in my room were threadbare, the sink was clogged, the ice machine didn't work, the pool was empty even though it was a summer day. I didn't even bother with checking out the breakfast, they had laundry service bins for dirty linens just parked on the landing the whole time I was there, and the evening as well as morning person at the desk was sullen. On the plus side, it's right off the interstate (but other hotels are too in this town).

Good one night stay
It was fine, it had a bed,the sheets were clean as was the room, did it rock my world?,No, but it was a place to stop during my road trip back home.

when ready to leave, car broke down and the desk clerk was very helpful on locating some repair shops and a taxi service. it was also july 4th so there wasn't anything open. she extended our check out time to around 3pm in case we could get the car fixed that day. we were able to get the car going so we didnt need to stay.

Family Party
The hotel is under renovations , which we weren't told when we booked the room . IT looked pretty shabby . The room itself was clean they had started to renovate this room it had new bathroom new carpet but the furniture was old . The staff was helpful and pleasant . I had asked for a king bed and we got a full .

Good stay
Although of basic quality, there were a lot of amenities and extras. Value very good. Like having microwave and refrigerator in the room.
