Great value, decent place.
My plumbing was being worked on, so I needed a place to stay until I had water again, but coudn't afford a lot. This was perfect. Clean, roomy and private at a great price.

There are a lot of restaurant choices near Neshaminy Mall just after the PA Turnpike entrance heading North on US-1. Go there.

in addition to a filthy bathroom door, the tub was very dirty and the edges around the bathroom floor appear to have not been cleaned in at least a month. additionally, to my dismay, a bedbug was found crawling on my pillow-immediately captured the creature and took to the office where i was summarily required to leave the motel.

great affordable room,good price!!
staff was nice,very helpfull as well as the maid staff,location is terrible for those on foot though! they should also add a continental reakfast for guess!

Great Place to stay for a Wedding
Easy Check in and staff was pleasant to deal with. The room was cozy and clean. Would recommend for whatever the occasion.

Hard to find but worth effort
I needed a hotel outside of Philadelphia (but not too far outside) and found the Red Roof Inn. This was my second stay here and this one was better than the last, mostly due to a far nicer desk clerk. The hotel is just as you would expect if you've ever stayed at any Red Roof Inn. Little amenities but clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is really hard to find, though, as it's only accessible via the 1 South so if you are on the 1 North, you'll have to make a U Turn when you can. Ample parking and decent rates.

NICE SURPRISE!
Downtown Philadelphia all booked, so I tried this out of the way place. Close to town, (leave for center city EARLY...there's traffic!) very neat, nice grounds, clean rooms, quiet, this place does a lot of things right. Comfortable bed. Free WiFi that WORKS well! Simulated hard wood in bathroom - nice touch. Good clean towels. This place does many things...RIGHT! Other reviews who have warned your GPS might not work, they're right, this place is tricky to find and missing it will cost you 10 minutes each time you have to circle around. I flew by it once on the WRONG side of the road, then again trying to follow GPS directions. Great value for price paid.
