Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast

Second time at this hotel. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

front desk is always great here. My main complaint is about the gym. a month ago things were fine. this visit the weight system didn't work and there was no tv remote to be found. I like to workout on my trips. Very disappointed with the gym status. Mike and Angela

Where do I start....well first, before booking hotel I read the past reviews and even called the hotel with some questions. The hotel description states "274 elegant rooms". That is laughable. My room had duct tape carpet, yellow/brown smoke stained 1960's popcorn style ceilings. Sink and bathtub were dirty, room smelled of smoke and mildew. Hotel staff was not very helpful, matter of fact rude would be a better description. When I asked for another room "Gerome" the front desk clerk got irritated, complained about other customers to me and told me there was no way to get another room or a refund since I booked through Orbits.com I stayed in hotels for half the price of this one and had good clean rooms. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

A geographic best choice that turned out to have just the right balance of hospitality and privacy this travelor could expect and wish for. From the front desk reception and stretch to give me a second night at the internet price I booked just o1 night on-line, hoping this was a decent place. knowing that all locations are not alike...so, after resetting my schedule to include pool time,yes, a three-story-atrium vacation zone within thirty steps of the front desk. In twenty steps I ordered a sandwich and drink, took the elevator to my spotless room, with a great chair for my desk time, I changed into shorts, and sneaks, rode back down the elevator, picked-up my refreshment, sat outside in the sunshine by the outside/inside pool. Turns out June's long daylight, instead of highlighting my being alone, on business, instead opened-up my summer attitude a week before Memorial Day. I am not really a pool person. But the three story tropical space, with balcony after balcony and an outdoor lounging option really kicked-up the rapture of being welcomed in a "wow" fashion, especially since we are all still here, going to work, out-of-town, so when everything works-out just right, no calamity, unexpected upgrade, well, I just decided that I am a higher level traveler than I thought, and I am going to spring for a great experience, even when I only have an hour or two to chil...The lobby was buzzing, both evenings during the week, three people behind the desks for a no-wait for information and directions. Did I say, the refresh-staff left a hand note of thanks for my tip, people taking care that people feel welcome, appreciated. Got me. Great 48 hours, stuck on the edge of philly by the turnpike, Great king bed with two remote controlled firmness joy beds, great soap, c'mon, this Raddison Rocks!

Spent 2 night at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable and service was excellent. Staff is very professional and friendly. A few small maintenance issues in room but did not detract from the quality of my stay. I have stayed here in the past and will stay here again.

A clean comfortable stay with 2 teens. Nice indoor pool gave them a place to expel some energy. Very accomodating staff. Love the sleep number beds!

We stayed at the hotel to travel to the Valley of Fear located in Feasterville,PA.

I wouldn't use the word elegant for this hotel. It was nice, it's an older hotel remodeled. Staff was very friendly. Attended a reunion in the Walnut Room, wait staff was great. Don't bring your workout clothes. The gym was really small. Location was perfect. We visited family & friends all the way around the hotel.

The elevator did not work 5 days for our 7 day stay... We lived on 8-th floor. Awful... Rooms are not very clean, you will get weared off feeling from the hotel. There $15 per day/per room additional charge "resort fee".
