Good Hotel. Close to Penn State

Well maintained and friendly staff

The restful and neat appearance of this hotel impressed me. The room was comfortable and the layout cleverly designed. I had a queen bed and my son slept on the pull out sofa. The sofa was not a great experience for him. The sheets were lovely cotton and the pillows just right in density. My only criticism would be that the towels were not the same quality. The hotel was in a quiet area...no train whistles or traffic sounds.

Comfort and Quality

Enjoyed the comfortable home feeling of the room and the warmth of the hotel staff. I enjoy staying at the Marriott Residence Inn because of the large spacious rooms and how they manage to separate the kitchen, bathrooms and living room areas - I have found the quality of my stay to be consistent at any Marriott Residence Inn.

It is located in a College Town in Pennsylvania. So there's not much there except the campus and a shopping mall.
