Good value
Decent room for the price. No frills, comfortable. Other similar hotels in area were higher priced. Check-in was a breeze! "Queen handicapped accessible" had a HUGE bathroom with a shower chair and removable shower head/hose. Decent amount of cable channels. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

Convenient, decent price.
Hanicapped room had HUGE bathroom. Kinda nice when getting ready. Close to Harmarville n Fox Chapel.

Great location
Very clean low priced room. Staff was very friendly and meet our need perfectly. It was just an overnight stay but it really fit the bill. Only downside was really watered down coffee but McDonalds and a great little resturant within a minute away. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay when visiting
This was our first overnight experience visiting relatives. In the past we stayed with family. The room was convenient for us. The stay was quiet and they provided everything we possible could have needed. Bed was comfortable and the room was plenty warm.

Nothing Fancy - A Place to Sleep
The location is convenient. The staff was friendly. There were a few bugs in the room. The Continental Breakfast was good. Just a place to sleep and shower, the hotel itself offers no ammenities. Does have free wi-fi.

Decent Room
Stayed overnight prior to the Steeelers Game. Room was a King Suite. Was very happy with my stay especially at the price I got it. Nothing fancy but good clean safe accomomidation.

Good location; bad service
When I arrived, (which was two hours beyond the stated check in time), my room wasn't ready. The front desk clerk didn't know when it would be ready. When I pressed (I had an appointment to make), he didn't have much to offer as a solution, finally tossing me a key to a different room temporarily, so I could change clothes. I still don't understand why I couldn't have just had that room... Eventually, my room was ready... it was clean, but musty smelling. Had the desk clerk been more helpful, it wouldn't have been too big a deal, but he was unfriendly, and unhelpful.
