Really ugly customer service
Before you book the room in this hotel, asked them of written copy of the all booked information. So you will receive what your order or at list you will have the proof of your order. Customer service is bad. If you have dust allergy stay away from this hotel. Filters on wall units never been cleaned.

Great new hotel.
Very nice new hotel, upscale. Staff is extremely friendly. Wonderful breakfast included, lots of choices. Great workout center connected by walkway and free to guests.

Didn't live up to the pics
Hotel was located 20 mins. from downtown. The pictures they have of the area around the hotel for shopping and fitness center are not open yet as they stated on their web site. Every time we asked for something, such as family activities or where a movie theater was they staff said "they were working on that, or didn't know of one in the area." Our cable went out severl times in our room. We paid $150/night because it stated they had a pool. Pool was about as big as a bath tub and a huge disappointment. Hotel was very clean because it was new but was not at all worth the money. Look some where else.
