Bad experience

It was a really bad experience for us. I did not stay in a hotel like this before. It was surely not for a family stay. The room had main problems.

Location over amenities

Nice spacious rooms in a great location for outside of downtown. Easy access to everything. Really could use some work on their breakfast options as far as choice and healthy items. Nothing but carbs and greases.

Needs TLC

Well I was there for 2 nights and you get what you pay for and less, Yes it does have wireless internet from the rooms but not amazing fast only 1 mb/s connection speeds. The one thing that really was perfect was the breakfast from 6:30-9:30am served. Shuttle bus is available upon request no charge but if you want to leave tip for driver its ok. The rooms are ok they all have kitchen, showers, bathrooms, cable TV. I think the location of where this place is at it gets low reviews and it needs the highest attention to get it fixed up more.

Ok for a one night stay

Is showing its age. Quiet location does offer a pool and basketball court nice for extended stays. But well worn mattress do not lend for a comfortable stay. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast offered hot items as well but muffins were frozen, nothing special. Ok for last minute travel, or short stay if nothing else available.

Becoming rundown. Needs TLC.

We last stayed here when it was almost new in 1993. It was very nice then, and it could be again. Having become almost shabby (hence the modest price for a room), it needs a thorough makeover. The grounds and the chalets on the outside really need attention. Our room itself was decent. They did put out an excellent complimentary breakfast, including scrambled eggs and real waffles that you make in a waffle iron. Moreover, the breakfast attendant was thoroughly pleasant and went out of her way to be helpful.

Comedy Show Weekend

Was in town to perform at Bonkerz Comedy Club @ Latitude live. Stayed at the Quality Suites because it was halfway between the city and the venue and was fairly cheap. All rooms are suites with kitchen, living area, desk and my room had a fireplace. Very spacious and accommodating. Bed mattress was a little old but all in all it's a good place. Hot breakfast was free and good. I might stay here again.

Never again

I paid over $100.00 bucks to stay in a out dated low quality hotel. I was very disappointed. The place is old and dated. You had to get the silverware from the front desk. The carpents were worn and dirty looking. The bed had a dip in the middle. And it was hard. You could get very many channels. The cable did not work. The phone in the room did not work. The bed spreads had burn holes in them. It was dark and gloomy inside. The sofa was worn and I would not seat on it. The staff was nice.

Wake-up calls

Received an automated wake-up call at 6:27AM day 1. Didn't ask for it & told them that evening. Next day - same thing occurred.
