A Good Deal!
Had an overnight stay in a room with a king bed. The room was nicely appointed and the layout of the room was quite comfortable. There was a seperate bar area with a refrigerator. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. They had a list of restaurants in the area available and they immediately noted the complimentary shuttle bus which was necessary as although some restaurants within walking distance we weren't too sure about walking through a darkened parking lot to get back to the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of a shopping area . Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, and a quck and easy continental breakfast fit the bill nicely!

Initially I thought this hotel was in the middle of nowhere but its actually across the street from a pretty nice mall and a number of restaurants which worked out just fine for us. The room was bigger than normal with two queen beds and a sofa couch. The breakfast is the only negative I find, it's not very good and the area is very small and getting around to gather the items to eat, I find to be very annoying.

Great location
The Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport is conveniently located near several good restaurants, a Starbucks and less than 15 minutes to the airport. The room was comfortable; the sitting area was separated from the sleeping area. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

the hotel is what you really get
The room that we had at this hotel was perfect. There was enough space for a young family traveling with a baby. We were brought a pack n play to use, and with a half-room divider, it was almost like having the baby in his own space. There was plenty of space in the room. Internet access was consistent. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Family residence
The hotel, staff and employees treated us with utmost courtesy, helpfulness and dignity. We couldn't ask for better service. The location suited our expectations. Will return to this hotel again.

Great experience!

A++ Stay with Free Aiport Trans & Pkg
Hyatt Place had excellent rooms with ample space. Very friendly staff, especially on a Christmas Eve! They allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot and provided free shuttle service to/from Pittsburgh airport. Room service food was wonderful. We paid $80./night [...]. When flying out of Pittsburgh, we'll definitely use this hotel again.

In Hotel
Take advantage of their free airport shuttle service and save $$ by leaving your car in the Hyatt parking lot. Second, check in via the hotel front desk. Skip the kiosk because it doesn't know what to do with pre-paid rooms.

Great
In town with two kids to take in a weekend of baseball. 10 min to PNC park. Easy in and out. Great weekend!!!
