- Coming from the Airport, take Rt 60 S towards Pittsburgh. Get off at the Crafton Exit. AT the first light make a right and the hotel is straight ahead. A Good Deal!
Had an overnight stay in a room with a king bed. The room was nicely appointed and the layout of the room was quite comfortable. There was a seperate bar area with a refrigerator. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. They had a list of restaurants in the area available and they immediately noted the complimentary shuttle bus which was necessary as although some restaurants within walking distance we weren't too sure about walking through a darkened parking lot to get back to the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of a shopping area . Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, and a quck and easy continental breakfast fit the bill nicely!

Pittsburgh-Robinson Mall area
The parking lot and road to the hotel was under construction and almost IMPOSSIBLE to navigate. Poor effort by the hotel. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The road work began promptly 9pm and lasted into the night, I know why I got a good rate. The breakfast was lousy but it was free. This would be a good hotel f you are flying, it offers free transportation to the airport. Room was ok, the bathroom could be cleaner (tub).

Very nice hotel, situated close to the IKEA and other shopping. Not many local restaurant choices in the area - we avoid chains and really look for the local place to eat. Inorder to get into the hotel, you drive through the Kohls loading dock area - not a very welcoming area but the hotel itself was great.

Great location & friendly staff
The hotel is located far enough from the airport so you don't have planes flying over all the time. The complimentary breakfast was really nice. We were close enought to the city to do a lot of tourist things. And there are several restaurants within walking distance in various price ranges. We had a great time!

great hotel at a fair price
I stayed for one night on a business trip, and arrived late in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice and quality of food available even at that late hour. Freshly prepared, generous portions, and attractively presented, all at a very reasonable price. Large flat panel TV with accessible inputs for HDMI from a laptop are a nice plus. Suite is more spacious than most typical business accommodations.

great place
great for steeler games. Only 8-10 miles from heinz field and 10 miles from airport. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Ditka's is across the street (excellent ribs).

great for the business traveler
I spend 75 plus nights a year on the road. I am a die hard Hampton Inn customer. I tried the Hyatt Place because they had a great rate with rent a car which saved me over $120 for the one night trip. I loved it. The room was great, terrific work space with a movable desk so i could positon it to work and watch TV, great layout, wonderful bed and shower and nice breakfast as well. I will now be looking for more Hyatt Place hotels to stay at in the future.
