Great place to stay when you have to travel. Staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast is actually really good for microwave eats. Located next to every restaurant imaginable within 5 minutes in the brand developments of Robinson. I will return for the 4th time!

Very nice for the price

First Time User
Thsi was the first time I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, and it will not be my last! My wife and I were very happy with the overall experience we had. From the well equipped rooms set up for comfort and business travel, to the amenities, and the hot breakfast in the morning.....I would rate this hotel as a 4.5 stars out of 5. Great job gang!

Nice getaway
Front desk was exceptional, room was very clean. This hotel is close to Robinson Towne Center, lots of shipping choices and only 10 miles from downtown Pittsburgh.

Good location, nice place for the price
We visited University of Pittsburgh, checked in at midnight but staff was very friendly and helpful! Door key card did not work initially that they fixed very quickly, rooms were well appointed and bed was comfortable, free parking and complimentary breakfast was a plus. Kitchen staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming!

"I"ll do it again"
Hotel staff went above and beyond by dropping us off for dinner and some shopping. Guess what? They even picked us back up when we were done. Thank you for making our anniversary special! Clean rooms and great fitness center too.

Off to a bad start!!
We enjoyed the overall experience .......... visiting Pittsburgh.......... casino... dining out..... THE HOTEL COULD USE A FACELIFT.......... THE STAFF THAT GREETED US AT THE FRONT DESK WAS RUDE......... SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WHEN WE ENTERED AND BEGAN TO SPEAK TO THE VAN DRIVER FOR THE FLIGHT CREW THAT WAS ABOUT TO GO TO THE AIRPORT. SHE DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE US UNTIL UNTIL AFTER SHE FINISHED HER PHONE CONVERSATION AND AFTER SHE WAS FINISHED SPEAKING WITH THE VAN DRIVER. When she finally acknowledge my husband and myself, I was upset!! GREAT AREA OVERALL ........ shopping, movies, etc., HOWEVER I WOULD LOOK FOR A CLEANER.......... HOTEL next time!

One-night stay
Stay for the night
We needed a place to stay while attending a Steelers' game. Everything was fine for what we needed which was mostly just a place to sleep and shower. Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough. Would recommend for similar type usage.
