The service was great! We flew in for a football game and was given great service. Website stated it was 7 mi from the city ... and it was more like 20mins from the city. VERY difficult to get cab service to and from city during a busy event. Elevator service is HORRIBLE! Can take 10-15 minutes to get to your room using the incredibly SLOW elevators. Other than that, great!

Great location, just 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, without all the "hustle and bustle". Many restaurants, large ... shopping mall and strip malls right down the street. Price was great, much cheaper than the hotels in downtown Pittsburgh.

It was good overall. The rooms were the smallest I have been in for a hotel of this type, but immaculate as far as design ... and cleanliness. Coffee was terrible and brackish, but that is a small detail. Everyone was very frienly.

Overall I had a good experience and would stay there again. The room and related amenities were fine. Great location. The ... staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness room was small, efficient, and needed better air circulation. The pool was small, had some black algae-like stuff on its bottom so I decided not to use it. With all the vending machines they have, they ought to consider offering a box or similar for recycling plastic bottles. Would stay there again.

There's a really nice Giant Eagle supermarket a few blocks from the hotel-great for picking up fresh fruit or other items. They have terrific carry out choices.

Very friendly staff. The room was great and the bed was super comfortable. Room service was fast and friendly. The cleaning ... maid knocked on my door at 8 a.m. and didn't give me more than half a second before she opened the door, but I didn't hook lock the door and didn't have a sign up. Located 5 minutes from downtown, across the street from a mall and movie theatre, and they provide a free pass to Bally Total Fitness if you want to use the hot tubs there.

Double queen sized room was a little cramped from end of bed to TV. Very clean and comfortable with nice pictures of local ... area. Little touches like relaxation cd appreciated. Plenty of pillows and very comfortable bed. Staff was professional. Shower had plenty of hot water. Nice mall across the street and light rail station to downtown adjacent to mall parking lot. Thin walls allow neighbors and hallway noises into room.

I arrived at the hotel early and was pleasently surprised to have an early check in. The professionalism of the staff was ... appreacited. They were helpful in every way. I also needed a late check out and my needs were met with out a problem. Highly recommened.

The hotel is nicely situated at the Upper St. Clair/Bethel Park line. South Hills Village Mall is across the street and the ... light rail to Downtown Pittsburgh including: cultural district, Station Square, stadiums and shopping is only a ten minute walk. Mt. Lebanon's Galleria and Uptown are within a 5 to 10 minute ride by car. The hotel has been renovated recently so the rooms are pleasant and the front desk personnel had that Pittsburgh friendliness that says, We're glad to have your business which is kind of rare in the Northeast.

For Bravo fans, there's one at the Galleria in Mt. Lebanon as well as upscale shopping and other restaurants.

I enjoyed staying at the Crowne Plaza on Fort Couch Road in Pittsburgh. Check in took just a couple of minutes and I was in ... my room. I had the king size bed, and that really filled the room, not a lot of room to move. There was ample parking and the room was lovely. The drive to the University where I was visiting was longer than I had hoped for though. A very nice sized fitness room with treadmills and other equipment. Complimentary coffee in the morning.

A nice mall a couple of minutes up the road, two pharmacies, Barnes and Noble just across the street. 24 hour walgreen's next door.

Excellent service for your dollar

The rooms/ beds were extremely comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Dining on the premises was easy and ... delicious. Mall across the street and ~ 1 mile away gave easily accessible alternatives to dining and entertainment. I would definitely choose a Crowne Plaza Hotel again after this experience.
