BEST WESTERN Parkway Center Inn

Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience. I have no complaints except that the continental breakfast was not fully stocked while we were there, but it was not a big deal. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to friends. The hotel was under construction, but there was no issue with noise or anything while we were there.

hotel was less than 5 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and was half the price. Room was basic but clean.

Large, clean, comfy room. Not a lot of outside noise helped contribute to good night sleep. Bedding and pillows awesome too. Close to downtown made for short commute.

The hotel is under heavy renovation. There was paint and plaster all over the lobby carpet. The hotel was empty but they placed a family in the room next to mine - needless to say they were very loud.

Staff are very friendly and considerate. Coffee is ready 24 7, newspaper is provided daily as well as travel info in pittsburgh area. room is clean, a little small but enough for a couple (maybe not for a whole family). located by I 376, very convenient to get to, in a safe neighborhood, very close to Mount Washington where you can view the whole city of Pittsburgh. I feel it's well worth the money.

We were four business men staying for three nights. The rooms were clean,the staff was good and the location was was close to downtown. Our shock, was the size of the rooms. In my traveling career, I have never seen such a small room. We almost were going to go someplace else but decided to stay since we were just going to use the room for sleeping. When we placed the reservation, and saw the three stars and the room description, we thought we had made a good decision. Al Fraser

I needed a place to land between meetings Saturday night and a reunion Sunday morning. The Best Western was reasonably priced. The room was small but comfortable. The downsides were that the walls were thin, so I had to listen to lengthy conversations from the neighboring rooms and the WIFI required plugging into a cable, which was less comfortable than propping myself up on the bed and relaxing while I worked.

This hotel was fairly average for a hotel in this price range. Room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small but not complaints. The thing I liked most was the two free complimentary drinks from 5-7pm and the free shuttle that brings you into downtown. I wasn't able to get a hold of them for a ride back, but it was my own fault for calling at 10:30pm when they said they only run until 11pm. A taxi back to the hotel cost me about $10. Staff was kind. Complimentary breakfast was decent. I'd come back here again.

This hotel was very quiet, clean and had outstanding customer service. You can tell it's an older hotel, but it has been kept up nicely. It is out of the city center, but their shuttle is prompt, reliable and flexible. In fact, we were able to return our rental car early because the shuttle drove us everywhere we needed to go, including to the train station in time for a 7 am departure. My husband and I left Pittsburgh making plans for our return. When we do go back, we will definitely be staying at this hotel.
