too expensive for the food served. Very small potions for the price. Could have ate at T.G.I.F. for a lot less and a lot more food.

Great location for access to City
This was a great hotel for its location and access to public transportation and City attractions. We had an unfortuate incident and the staff was swift and determined in settling it. The staff was very accommodating. Also, we felt very safe in this location. Recommend this hotel highly.

No problems with this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of many places we wanted to see or we used the subway station around the corner. Staff was friendly and answered all our questions about the area with a smile.

Perfect location. Walking distance from all the major attractions. And the small kitchen with refrigerator allowed to to keep stuff cool. On a very hot weekend,having the pool was great.

Service was great, room was clean. Kitchen was complete with dishes. Small issue with ants that was resolved quickly. No gift shop, but there were vending machines with the basic necessities. Avoid the Chinese restaurant downstairs. Their service was horrible. The Irish pub was much better.

Very pleasant weekend stay
We visited the hotel for a weekend in August - my wife, myself and our son, with another couple + 1. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, which is in the business district downtown. Very close to the Art museum and also pretty close to the historic district (< 1 mile walk). We also enjoyed the roof-top pool, which sits right below the comcast tower. The staff was very helpful, and the rooms are roomy, clean and very convenient (especially with a toddler running around). With the in-room kitchen, we could have breakfast in the room, which is always very nice. Parking is a bit of an issue (see hint below). Other than that, it was an extremely pleasant experience. Enjoy your stay.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Parking in the hotel is a bit pricy (~$26 per day). We ended up parking in an external garage, to which we found coupons, which made it less than 1/2 the price of the hotel parking. If you plan to go in and out a lot with the car, parking in the hotel is a good idea, but otherwise, you might want to try the several garages around.

Nice hotel-apartment
I visited the hotel during the conference. The room was nice. I got a bill for parking a car while I don't even have a car, but this was removed within a minute.

Friendly Village
Okay so the location is great, yeah great. Situated on Logan Square across from The church and also the no.7 stop for the tourist hop-on-hop -off bus,next door is 4 Seasons Hotel with another stop(no. 15)on same side of street.With this you can go anywhere, Liberty Bell,Mint,Independence Hall,all that stuff. Or transfer to bus out to sports arenas in south Philly.Around the corner is a WAWA deli and many resturants. So location is great. The rooms are large , clean and quiet.The staff is helpful and friendly and acted like they wanted to be working for us. The price is great with the little kitchen and daily newspaper to start our day. We only stayed 3 nites but they were a joy. We will be back.
