Decent hotel
It was standard. I spent little time in the room or hotel, but I appreciated being put on the Starwood Preferred Guest Level.

family reunion
It was wonderful. I was totally comfortable with everything but the pillows. They are too big for me. All in all, it was such a friendly place. Even the people in the elevator were kind and bright. The maids were respectful and helpful. The waiter we had at lunch was someone we would like to take home with us-He was that appealing.

Just fine
The room was clean. We checked-in early so we lost the 17th flr room for a 4th floor room. Everything was fine except the loud TV in the room adjacent to ours at 7am (we stayed out late). The real concern was that they charged my credit card for parking (fine) and the full cost of the room. Since i had pre-paid this was a double charge and I'm now playing phone tag in order to get it straightened out.

Perfect for New Years
I was going to spend my New Years in Philadelphia, so I wanted a place that was close to some of the festivities. The room was clean and very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and it is within walking distance of several bars, food, and coffee shops. My only complaint was the lack of free wifi, but I was able to walk to Starbucks and get my internet fix.

great savings, great service
I traveled for the Philadelphia marathon and booked well in advance on [...] for a great price. At check in 2 hours early I was treated warmly and efficiently. I also took a late check out which is often but not always given to marathoners. The same desk clerk treated me wonderfully again. The room was terrific and the hotel was about as close as you can get to the race start. Happy customer.

Great deal! Comfy bed :)
This was a great hotel to stay at in Phili ... right downtown, and what I really liked was the underground parking since I am traveling for 6mths and didn't want to carry all my luggage inside. I felt comfortable leaving it in overnight. The bed was amazing ... soooo hard to get out of in the morning.

Loved It
I liked everything about my hotel room. The linens were so luxuriously soft I looked to see who made them so I could buy a set - they were Sheraton's own label. Very quiet, solid building. No complaints.

Long walk from hotel
This is a great city for walking. The streets are in a grid with north/south streets numbered, and it's quite flat. Excellent public transportation. The Sheraton is on a quiet block but close to everything.
