Not Bad
I got a decent price on the hotel, but didn't realize that parking cost an additional $38-$44/per day. When you take that into consideration, it loses the good value. The bed was comfortable, but the room was a little dusty and dated, the phone was broken, and the remote was out of batteries, but the hotel sent somebody up right away to fix it. The staff was very friendly though, which was definitely the best aspect of the hotel.

Business Trip
We only stayed at the hotel one night- arrived around 7pm and left the next morning at 7am. The room was clean and location was great. Beds were really comfortable and nice shower. We were able to walk to dinner and take a cab in the morning to the event. We didn't use any amenities in the hotel.

Decent business trip overnight
hotel was priced slightly better than alternatives in downtown philly. nice room with good amenities, etc. front desk staff were just ok...seemed like it was more about getting through the day vs. making the customer excited to be at the hotel. Chris at the concierge desk was very helpful, however. He stood out.

Work related/ meeting
Only slept there one night and arrived at 9:30pm. Did call front desk for some information about 10pm and clerk seemed hurried and not as polite as others. The bellmen were excellent and helpful. Received car valet quickly and efficiently. Room was clean and comfortable.

Sheraton December 2011
The hotel is conveniently located; the staff was pleasant and very helpful; the room was up to date and the bed was quite comfortable. The service in the restaurant and bar was great. The hotel has an atrium style lobby with a bar and coffee shop open to the ceiling. The lobby had horribly cold drafts, which actually drove people out. As much as I liked the staff, I won't be back. There are too many other comparably priced hotels without the discomfort.

Money-saving tip:
In Hotel
The airport shuttle isn't fancy and takes a bit longer, but the cost is $10 as opposed to $28.50 plus tip for a cab.
