Budget hotel is easy walk to Arts, Business, and Historic Districts

Good place to stay
It is a great place to stay while you are visiting Historic District. It is also very close to City Hall.

Great value
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and very efficient. The hotel is located in an old building so the elevator was a little tricky to operate but staff helped operate it. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and there was a decent continental breakfast. The location was excellent so we could walk everywhere and didn't have to drive during our stay in Philadelphia. Wireless internet service was also included. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was fabulous. The room was great except the location of the TV was awkward. It was great having a fridge and microwave and they even provided two bottles of spring water a day. The "make your own" waffles at breakfast were delicious. We even enjoyed meeting foreign tourists staying there. I would definately stay again.

Not quite what we expected
The staff was pleasant and efficient, the continental breakfast was fresh and ample, and the hotel was located near major facilities (convention center, hospital, restaurants). The hotel is in an older building, so you have the charm of thick walls and high ceilings...and a very small bathroom, small elevator, and narrow stairs.

Perfect location for the price
This is a really cute old building tucked away in center city at a GREAT price. The staff was nice, room was clean, and the location was great. The wireless internet wasn't working for our entire stay.

great for the money and location
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, great location. Loved all the toiletry supplies they gave us. However, thermostat in hallway and regulated all rooms on the floor so our room was too cold.
