It doesn't get much better!

Because I travel alot, I can say without reservation that this was one of the best hotel stays for the value. Great decor and exceptionally well kept. Except for the hard bed (not a pillow top which is now the standard) and the 27" TUBE tv, the stay was enjoyable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic allowing full use of the multiple setting massage head (a welcomed bonus after sleeping in the hard bed). The highlight was the breakfast. The menu is excellent! Although the breakfast is a self serve buffet, the staff brought my MADE TO ORDER omelet and waffle to my table! Also, the waitress kept my glass full at all times. Recommendations: If you don't mind the sounds of occasional children and pool play, ask for the rooms facing the enclosed pool/atrium. These rooms come with balconies that are great in the winter for sunlight exposure while working on the laptop. But if you want a more quiet and peaceful stay, ask for a room with an exterior view (no balconies with these rooms). All rooms are well insulated from the occasional jumbo jet noise. Overall: I would have given this hotel a perfect score if not for the hard bed (the tube tv was a minor irritation).

PHL 1 day business

the room smelled like the pool. it was dirty and when the children next door jumped on their bed my room wall shook. It is not well insulated so conversations, music and pool noise disrupt any peace in the room

NOISY hotel; unattentive staff

Was there on business. All rooms are LOUD due to pool. Noise is major issue from pool as it closes at 10pm. Front Desk is "indifferent" and "can't control other people's volume". Hotel had an evacuation alarm at 4:30 am and NO security to be found. Just chaos!

Nice airport hotel with cool pool

The pool atrium is really nice, and the rooms with balcony overlooking the pool are great. Good fitness center also. And tasty room service.

Surrounded by a swamp

There were a lot of bugs outside the hotel due to a swamp surrounding the premises. My friend got lost trying to come pick me up. Not the easiest hotel to find. On the plus side, the shuttle cam fast and the front desk staff were friendly

Unruly Pool

This hotel was wonderful to come to, the front desk was helpful and our room was amazing. We toured the city and when we came back we couldnt wait to go in the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately there were unruly children in the pool, which i know can happen any where. But when there was not adult supervision everything went crazy. There were children under 12 in the pool with out an adult, they were running and diving, and I got hit in the head multiple times. Many of the guest asked management to do something all they said was they can ask them to be quiet. When on the sign it does say "management reserves the right to deny use of the pool." I even have on camera this outrageous behavior and management not doing a single thing.
