Philadelphia Airport Marriott

The chief asset of the Philadelphia Airport is its location. If you fly into terminal B, you can just walk across the skyway, step over sleeping vagrants, and check into your room. The bathrooms lack exhaust fans or convenient towel hooks. The rooms were noisy when we stayed -- we were woken up with decoration construction inside the hotel and labor protestors outside. The beds were poorly made -- inside-out fitted sheet, reeking of bleach. Comfort-wise, the rooms were otherwise unremarkable. Service was courteous, but not well-thought out. The bellman advised us to carry our bags across the busy parkway to rent a car. The busboy required more than one reminder of the options accompanying our breakfast. If you're willing to take a shuttle to a hotel, I would advise looking at either more-comfortable or less-expensive options nearby. Both are readily available.

The restaurant service could be a little more prompt

Infrequent traveler, picked the hotel because it looked easy to reach from the airport and it really was. Service excellent with helpful staff. The room was good; quiet, comfortable, clean and restful. Room service good, restaurant food good, no complaints about prices. Easy to get downtown and sightsee using public transportation.

Had a good stay here. Breakfast was yummy, pool was small but fine, not that far of a drive from Philly. It was a good value.

The Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint would be that the hotel is on Airport property and NOTHING is within walking distance. The train is the only economical way to go anywhere.

While the location is excellent and the staff was friendly, I thought the hotel was really loud. It seemed as though there were people outside of my door talking all night, but I never saw anyone. I was woken severely times by people chatting. Other than the noise, the room was fine, a bit worn, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I would have liked free internet access.

The hotel was great. The location can't be beat. BUT the prices at the restaurant were so TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS that I wouldn't go back to stay there again. Too bad that Marriott does this to traveling folks.

Due to weather I missed my flight so booked a room. Hotel is beautiful and my room overlooked the runways which I loved. Could not hear the planes from the hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Down side was it is very expensive. $165 for 1 night. There was a bottle of water in the room with a note that if the bottle was opened, $3.50 would be charged to the room. Even in the hotel restaurant a cheesesteak was $14.50. A bottle of beer was $8.00. A hotel on the airport grounds is a great idea for the unexpected stays but way too expensive.

The only complaint I had was that you have to pay for internet. i think for what you pay this should be included.
