Philadelphia Airport Marriott

While the location is excellent and the staff was friendly, I thought the hotel was really loud. It seemed as though there were people outside of my door talking all night, but I never saw anyone. I was woken severely times by people chatting. Other than the noise, the room was fine, a bit worn, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I would have liked free internet access.

The hotel was great. The location can't be beat. BUT the prices at the restaurant were so TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS that I wouldn't go back to stay there again. Too bad that Marriott does this to traveling folks.

Due to weather I missed my flight so booked a room. Hotel is beautiful and my room overlooked the runways which I loved. Could not hear the planes from the hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Down side was it is very expensive. $165 for 1 night. There was a bottle of water in the room with a note that if the bottle was opened, $3.50 would be charged to the room. Even in the hotel restaurant a cheesesteak was $14.50. A bottle of beer was $8.00. A hotel on the airport grounds is a great idea for the unexpected stays but way too expensive.

The only complaint I had was that you have to pay for internet. i think for what you pay this should be included.

The Entire staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Just a short walk from airport to hotel via skybridge, PERFECT. Most comfortable bed ever.

Great location if you need to catch an early morning flight!

Well, my truck couldn't fit in the free parking area on level2, so they told me I could park it at their friends the courtyard parking lot, once over there a couple of workers came out to say I couldn't park their, well after we fixed that we went back to our wonderful room, bed slept great. I had to leave before my husband flight to pick up my truck from the west side of the airport, my husband almost missed his flight because there was a fire in the basement and no one told him to take the stairs due to fire in the basement of the hotel. He also had to go down 6flights of stairs to make it to the airport, with suitcases, and still no one said, anything, I will never ever stay again it was not worth the money : (

My husband and I flew into Philadelphia to meet our daughter (flying in from Switzerland), staying at the Airport Marriott at both ends of a week-long family reunion in Ocean City MD. The location is fantastic: walk into the lobby directly from the airport, passing the Septa public transportation stop just prior to entering the hotel. We took that train into center city the day we arrived, and a week later on the day before we all flew out - VERY convenient, a mere 20 minutes to Suburban Station in the heart of the city. It was also nice not to have to plan around shuttle times to catch our various flights. The hotel is well maintained and AMAZINGLY quiet - I never heard planes taking off or landing, despite being able to watch them from our window. Nice lap pool and hot tub and fitness room. The restaurant is also quite good. Staff were really lovely: helpful and clearly invested in making our stay as nice a possible.

from the minute i walked in i saw smiling faces....:) the front desk staff were courteous and helpful and most of all..had senses of humor...the room was spotless and very nice...i required a fridge for my medicine, and they brought one immediately...when i asked about trains to the city they gave me all the info i needed and told me some places to visit.. the restaurant staff were also very friendly and went out of their way to give exemplary service... and last but not least the housekeeping staff were incredible....they went out of their way to make sure i had everything i needed...what a wonderful weekend....i will not stay anywhere else and i will be back..:)
