Travelling man
Terrible customer service
The staff and the home office were equally poor in dealing with an unexpected situation and left me with a terrible first impression of this hotel chain. I would not recommend MicroHotel

Fine
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel because of the location,cleanliness and it was the most economical.

Other hotel served full breakfast and hot/cold buffet very short drive, lunch and dinner short walk or very short drive. Quick and easy access to I95 which was a big plus.

Mediocre and relatively cheap
Not a bad location in South Philly near the airport, but rather dirty and dingy with some really questionable characters around. The parking lot had some nice young men drinking and smoking weed while shopping in cars and the hallways reeked of weed and possible urine. The rooms were ok and the continental breakfast was pretty good. Maybe some security and a better maid would up this a bit.

Rooms were clean but the rest of the facility needs a lot of cleaning and repair. Could smell cigarette smoke throughout. Breakfast was stale and very limited dining nearby.

Probably Won't Stay here again
It was an okay stay. The first night there we has a clogged sink drain and was told there was nothing that could be done until the morning. I had to use the tub to brush my teeth. The next day I had to ask twice before we were moved to another room. The beds were made like it had been cleaned found cereal around the beds and in the bathroom.

We had a Funeral
Hotel staff was nice to me. But the room could be cleaner because there was someones stuff left there and they did remove them.
