The staff, the driver was very friendly, the front desk agent was very professional and polite. They had a water fountain with styo foam cups kinda cheap, but ok!

Nice people working there!!!!
Great people working there. Had to stay on an unexpected overnight trip and the staff was very nice and made the end of a long day feel great.

Good stay
The first night we went to the Ruby Tuesday that literally next door. Saturday we caught the regional rail which is right around the corner whcihc made it easy to get around. THe hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast wasn't too bad.

Microtel PHO
Simply used the hotel for an overnight prior to an early morning flight. It served the purpose but there is absolutely nothing comforting about the rooms or the public areas - bare bones as can be. It also is a little noisy between rooms so a good night's sleep cannot be guaranteed. Free parking and 24hr shuttle are a plus.

Quiet & Convenient
We were in Philadelphia for a church function. We did a little sightseeing while we were there. It was great to have the hotel in a peaceful, yet nearby, location. We loved the convenience of having breakfast before we left for our adventures each day.

They offer a lot of amenities.
The location was not very far from the main highway.This made it easy to get back & forth to my events.

Quality as expected. Experience not.
I stayed for 2 nights at Microtell Inn. The room was as expected for a budget hotel. However, when we got there at midnight the experience and hotel hospitality was not especially nice. There was some people waiting to check in, including myself, and another man who was pretty upset about forgetting his room number. The receptionist did not handle the situation very well by acting condescending and impatient himself. Unfortunately, I stayed in a smoking room and WOW did the sheets smell. I don't know if this is normal for a smoking room because usually I stay in non-smoking. Overall, this hotel would have been more enjoyable with somewhat happier staff and cleaner linen.
