The Grand Dame of Broad Street boasts 100 years of historic elegance
The Hyatt at The Bellevue occupies the original building of the Bellevue-Stratford, which opened in 1904 and has been described as the most luxurious hotel in the nation. The spacious guest rooms are located on floors 12 through 17, and the first floor houses high-end retailers and restaurants. The hotel also boasts one of the best health clubs in the city and a 19th-floor restaurant with spectacular views. Great location
The Park Hyatt was very conviently located to all interesting areas. The room was large and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Lots of good shopping just a short walk away. The best food for lunch and breakfeast was at the Reading Terminal.

Truly a FIRST CLASS hotel!
Extremely friendly staff. Room was spacious and had all the amenities. Great location. Allowed us to check in 6 hours early. Offered us a free upgrade.

This is a wonderful hotel. The restaurant called XIX is one of the finest meals--breakfast, lunch or dinner. We stay at the Park Hyatt everytime we visit Phila, which is quite regularly!

Great Location
I stayed at the hotel for a business conference in June. When checking in on Sunday the hotel was extremely busy with people both checking in and out yet they handled everything with ease. My room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of nice shopping, Reading Market and awesome restaurants!

Bring and empty suitcase, there was a lot of shopping close to the hotel. I had to pay extra to take another bag home.
