The nicest Hyatt I've stayed in so far. But I really wish they'd kept the original lobby.

Well-Appointed
I was in town visiting family, and because of an online special I decided to treat myself to the Bellevue rather than the usual Doubletree across the street. My room was spacious and old-fashioned, except in its amenities, which were up to date. Beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. Everything was extremely clean. My only "howevers": Noisy guests in the hallway woke me up repeatedly No clock in the room

not bad but not four star
check in was quick and friendly, the room itself was okay...clean and comfortable. The toilet handle had to be jiggled to get it to stop running, some of the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall. The only restaurant in the hotel was a formal, expensive one. No room service.

My Grandmother went to dances here!
This real;ly a grand old hotel that has been well restored & taken care of. The location suited my purposes perfectly and I was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen but $30 for breakfast is too much. I liked the neighborhood and felt comfortable walking at night. The shops in the vicinity were first class.
