Delaware River views around every corner at Penn's Landing hotel
The 22-story Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing is situated between the Delaware River and Interstate 95 in the Penn's Landing neighborhood of Philadelphia. On-site recreation includes an indoor pool that overlooks the river, a sauna and a fitness center. The hotel was renovated in 2008 and includes updated decor, new beds and flat-screen televisions in all rooms. Located less than a mile from the Historic District and steps from many Penn's Landing attractions, guests will have plenty to keep them occupied.

Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Stay
I come to Philadelphia to watch the Mummers Parade on an annual basis, and am usually only looking for a place to crash for a night or two. Situated at Penn's Landing, this hotel is very close to many attractions within walking distance. The staff are pleasant and I must say I had one of the best night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. I believe I paid a very fair price for the room; my friends who live in Philadelphia where very impressed at how fair my price was. I am a repeat customer and will continue to return to the Hyatt Regency.

Weekend Getaway
This place is conveniently close to Old City and offers a beautiful view of Penn's Landing at night! Although, I must admit that I expected a little more from the hotel's restaurant. But there is a vast selection of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Great location, good service
Great location by the waterfront. 2 streets away from Philadelphia's historic district and Penn's Landing with all its nightlife. Very courteous and helpful service. Fine room.

A Southern Girl in Yankee Land
The hotel itself is very nice, but it lacked typical amenities. I am not sure I have ever had to pay for internet service at a hotel, within the United States, but for what I paid for the room, I should not have had to pay an additional $9.99 a day for internet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the door-men. They were exuberant and informative.

Do not bother eating in the hotel's over-priced restaurant. Not only are portions ridiculously small, their inflated pricing makes the already small meal seem more like snacks. You can either grab a cab or hit the streets to find some excellent food at much more palatable prices.

Excellent for family visits or business
Went to Philly to celebrate a child's first birthday. My only disappointment with the hotel staff was that the front desk staff forgot to tell me that when using the elevator to go above the 4th floor you needed to insert your room card into a slot below the floor numbers. Lots to do in Philly, whether it's visiting Independence Place, Olde City, or just hanging around Penn's Landing.

Can walk down waterfront cross street walk up stairs and under archway and Voila - you are right on famous South street with many restaurants and Indie shops and jewelry stores and bars, cinemas, etc,
