Delaware River views around every corner at Penn's Landing hotel
The 22-story Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing is situated between the Delaware River and Interstate 95 in the Penn's Landing neighborhood of Philadelphia. On-site recreation includes an indoor pool that overlooks the river, a sauna and a fitness center. The hotel was renovated in 2008 and includes updated decor, new beds and flat-screen televisions in all rooms. Located less than a mile from the Historic District and steps from many Penn's Landing attractions, guests will have plenty to keep them occupied.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL!!
The hotel was amazing! We ended up with a corner room with an INCREDIBLE veiw of the river and bridge!! The staff was the BEST, always right around the corner to help. Even at 3:30 in the morning when your hungry.

Nice Hotel
The hotel was lovely and everyone was very nice, but there was a Narcotics Annonymous convention of some sort going on the whole night we stayed. It would have been nice to know ahead of time.

superb service, accommodations, [...]
The location is a little far but there are plenty of cabs and it's maybe a 5-10 minute walk from the main downtown. The staff were so nice. They let us hang out at the pool even after we've checked out because we had about 4 hours to kill before our flight. The gym is superb! There's a sauna and an in-door pool with outdoor sunning.

Penn Landing Hyatt
We were travelling with another couple and arrived too early to get a room (12:30PM), so we checked in and left our luggage locked up and went to explore the historic area. The hotel is in a great location for that! We left two cell numbers for them to call when the rooms were ready - but never got a call. When we returned we had to check in all over again including credit cards and Hyatt gold cards (no aplogies from the staff). The worst experience was in the bar - after geting our drink order wrong and having to re-do it, the bill came and one of us was charged $12 for a gin & tonic. We pointed it out and they corrected it but promptly pointed out that they had under-charged us for another drink and that they had added that back on. Even a shot & beer joint would comp you a drink if they screwed up (twice). Liked the hotel - didn't like the staff.

The hotel itself was easy to get to. A little farther than I thought to get to the places I wanted to see. But overall it wasn't too bad. I would probably pick a different location next time.

unbeatable location and price

Unbeatable location
The location of the hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance to all attractions and some very good restaurants. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately our room was on the highway side of the hotel and traffic could be heard in early morning.
