Delaware River views around every corner at Penn's Landing hotel
The 22-story Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing is situated between the Delaware River and Interstate 95 in the Penn's Landing neighborhood of Philadelphia. On-site recreation includes an indoor pool that overlooks the river, a sauna and a fitness center. The hotel was renovated in 2008 and includes updated decor, new beds and flat-screen televisions in all rooms. Located less than a mile from the Historic District and steps from many Penn's Landing attractions, guests will have plenty to keep them occupied.

Weekend getaway
My wife and I had a very good experience. The information desk was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We went on a tour and really enjoyed it. The location is great, but would be perfect if in the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Nice digs
Room was nice - large enough for our family of three to be comfortable. One more person (child) and it would have been cramped. The room was not the cleanest, but the maid service was super friendly, responsive and very pleasant to work with during our trip. This hotel is PERFECTLY located for tourists or visitors to Philly - but don't plan on driving here ($21+ to park a car overnight), and don't plan on using their computers in the business center (dial-up connection that you have to pay for - $5 for 5 minutes!). The food is pricey in the restaurant and just OK tasting, but the breakfast buffet in the mornings in the restaurant is worth EVERY PENNY. Delicious food, huge assortment, and convenient when you travel with children - instant gratification when you hear those magic words, "EAT EAT!".

Try using the public transportation PHLASH, for a cheap ($5 for the whole day) way to get about town to see all the sites, including the Philly Zoo!

Fabulous Location
The Hotel location was wonderful...only six blocks from everything. Food and beverage costs and hotel parking were outrageously expensive. The concierge was wonderful and went out of his way to help us.

Nice hotel, decent location
This hotel was very nice and clean. It was quite convenient to the tourist attractions, such as Independence hall, etc.... It was a bad location if you wanted to be in Center City area. Because the gym was rather small, I had to walk a few blocks to find a nice gym. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Overall, it was a good experience.

Can walk down waterfront cross street walk up stairs and under archway and Voila - you are right on famous South street with many restaurants and Indie shops and jewelry stores and bars, cinemas, etc,

Better than advertised.
Excellent location. Can easily spend a day right at Penn's Landing to enjoy the museum, ships, restaurant. Easy trip to Philly museums. Cezanne and the Hyatt on the same day---teriffic combo.

great location
The room provided a great view,was located next to the museum,and was in walking distance of many attractions. The staff was very helpful with transportation and suggestjions of what to see.
