Delaware River views around every corner at Penn's Landing hotel
The 22-story Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing is situated between the Delaware River and Interstate 95 in the Penn's Landing neighborhood of Philadelphia. On-site recreation includes an indoor pool that overlooks the river, a sauna and a fitness center. The hotel was renovated in 2008 and includes updated decor, new beds and flat-screen televisions in all rooms. Located less than a mile from the Historic District and steps from many Penn's Landing attractions, guests will have plenty to keep them occupied.

Great place Great Location

Great overnight getaway.
We had a very pleasant overnight stay at the Hyatt Regency. The room was terrific and the restaurant was very good. The Penn's Landing location is a short walk into the historic section of Philly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Easy access off I-95 too.

Missy loves Philly!
One of the best hotels in Philly
This hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway. It is situated minutes from everything. We could drive or take a short taxi ride. It is close to our favorite restaurants and museums. The rooms are very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. From the Valet, Frontdesk, to the restaurant staff, everyone was very nice. Had a wonderful weekend.

Ralph's Italian Restaurant located at 9th and Catherine St. in old Philly. The oldest family owned restaurant. You may want to take a cab because parking can get frustrating, but it is worth it. Best homemade Italian food you will ever eat. Oh, and take cash, they are cash only. Try the veal, YUM!

A Southern Girl in Yankee Land
The hotel itself is very nice, but it lacked typical amenities. I am not sure I have ever had to pay for internet service at a hotel, within the United States, but for what I paid for the room, I should not have had to pay an additional $9.99 a day for internet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the door-men. They were exuberant and informative.

Do not bother eating in the hotel's over-priced restaurant. Not only are portions ridiculously small, their inflated pricing makes the already small meal seem more like snacks. You can either grab a cab or hit the streets to find some excellent food at much more palatable prices.

Very nice view from window,
Very nice view from window, Nice corner room. Comfortable bed. Coffee maker was dirty inside and it was without clean water.

Hyatt comes through in usual fashion.
Attended a conference there. Food was first rate, rooms were great, bed was comfortable. Service was top notch.

Great Overall Stay!!
We had a great overall trip. The hotel is in walking distance of South St. and a lot of other great attractions. We utilized the ferry to go over to Camden, NJ and everything went very smoothly. Very relaxing!
