Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Northeast

I checked in from the lobby and the staff had me in my room in less then 5 minutes. The rooms all have a Fridge and Microwave. The flat screen TV is nice too. Will definitely stay there again !

This hotel is well situated but fairly dated with poor TV and computer capability. TV reception was terrible and PC connection was extremely slow. The elevator was also a bit of a joke -- extremely slow opening/closing the door plus transiting from floor to floor.

Large comfy room with computer desk, couch and extra chair. Clean, convenient location. Very pleasant staff. Lots of free parking. Good breakfast buffet. Iron and ironing board. Everything you need. We'll return.

We had to stay overnight in Philadelphia for my grandmother's funeral. When we first checked in, the staff were neither particularly attentive nor welcoming. To make the matter worse, when we got to our assigned floor, there was a man passed out in the hallway, outside another room, only a few doors down. FURTHER, five minutes after getting into our room---immediately after calling the front desk about the unconscious man in the hallway (the staff were neither surprised by our call nor anxious to remedy the issue)--I found a BEDBUG in the bathroom. If it hadn't been so late, and had we not been so tired, I would have insisted we found another hotel then and there. Fortunately, there was no evidence (that we saw) of bedbugs on or around the mattress, so we reluctantly stayed. But, after an extremely fitful night of sleep---my fiance slept, I really didn't. We checked out. Quickly. Next time, no only will I think twice about staying in another Four Points by Sheraton, I'll also think twice before using Orbitz again.

This was a great stay, the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Everything we asked for was delivered promptly. Very nice hotel, I would stay there again.

The only reason I stay here is because it's near the family members I want to visit. But having said that, it's a great in-between point between downtown and the northern and northeast suburbs of Philly. And the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Although I only got to stay for one night, it was an awesome experience. At one point my boyfriend, who had nothing to do with the selection or reservation of the hotel said, "this is such a nice hotel".

We searched and searched for hotels in the Philly area. We needed one with an indoor pool due to it still being chilly out and it was my daughters request. This was her birthday weekend instead of a party. Hotel was clean, plenty of towels @ the pool. Pool was small but so are my kids so it didnt matter. All rooms had a fridge and microwave so we stocked up on juice/snacks/breatfast cereal. No free breakfast here!! Our main attractions were the Franklin Museum and Aquarium. We did one each day. The drive was very far. About 40mins one way. This is alot for small children so I wouldnt recommend if your visiting these locations. This hotel was in our price range and had the indoor pool so we thats what we went for. Next time I will pay alittle more for something closer to it all!! Live and learn. Would deffiantly stay again @ this hotel if I was visiting the surrounding area.

Our stay was only satisfactory. I was disappointed in the small pool and pool area, no hot tub! The room was clean, the bath updated, but the a/c unit was very loud and would wake us each time it turned on. No carts were available for us at check out at 9:45 on a Sunday morning. Breakfast items were available for purchase in the lobby but they were expensive. I'm sorry but I don't have anything to compare it to in the Philadelphia area.

It was adequate for an overnight stay. We've stayed there before because it is between sesame place, the zoo, and children's museums and is reasonably priced.
