It was good overall, they were very friendly and helpful, but I wasn't told about the parking fees when I would get my ... tickets validated, and I did not find out I owed money until check-out.

Stayed here prior to taking Step 2 CS of the US Medical Licensing Exam. Arrived a little late and was disappointed that room ... service has been discontinued at this location. Food/atmosphere of bar was OK. Rooms clean and there was an attempt at "modernization" but still "old feel" -- i.e. towel racks in bathroom rusted. Bed was quite comfy.

Easy check in -Parking gate -$6 a night -is a pain. Hard to get out on road in certain directions.Great location for Airport ... or Sports Centres.Clean well appointed room.

Trip was a one night stay in Philadelphia for concert at Spectrum. Hotel close to airport. Check-in was flawless, prompt ... attention and details in order. Room looked new and extremely clean. Hopped in car to see sights before concert. Historic sites within minutes of hotel. Arrived back at hotel after mid-night and hungry. Was able to get a fresh salad at the desk, hows that for service. Will stay here again next time in Philly.

Needs some help!

We stayed at this hotel because we had an early morning flight out of PHL and they indicated a 24 hour shuttle service. ... Well, when we went to get on the shuttle the next morning it was completely full from somewhere else besides our hotel. The driver was late and actually took more passengers, most of which had to stand. It was very dangerous and unorganized. If he was that full he should have called for another bus. This only topped off the previous night where when I went in to use the restroom in our room there was a huge pile of hair on the bathroom floor; disgusting. And, they said they had refurbished this hotel, but that must have meant new furniture or something. They would have been better to fix the holes in the ceilings, peeling wallpaper, and giving it a good cleaning, not just the surface.

We spent the weekend visiting my son at the University of PA. The price and location were great. We did not like the bed ... linens and they made the bed short each day. Ice machine on our floor was out of order the for the entire stay.

We stayed at the Sheraton Four Seasons,Very friendly staff, nice clean room, and the dinner meal was prepared well,I had the ... salmon with potatoes and vegtable,very flavorful!!!! We stayed there the night before our vacation because the hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport which made our trip easier for us. Thanks we would stayed there again!!!!

I didn't like the fact that room service was not available nor were any menus for local resturants. A guest, who is not from ... the area, is forced to eat at the hotel on their prices and their time schedule. A list of the prices for services, such as phones, are not listed. Will not be staying here again.

The clerk that checked us in was very professional, the room had ants because there was some food left over from prior guest, ... the bathroom door would not shut, there was no counter in the bathroom no place were to even put the tooth brush. Housekeeping did the bed, changed the towels and left new toiletries, but did not clean or vacuum the floors. For a Sheraton was dissapointing

We came to town for a funeral. The stay at the hotel was pleasant and the staff was very helpful. We stay at the same hotel ... about 2 years ago and would stay there again when we go back to Philadelphia. My only complaint is the lack of a refrigerator. I am diabetic and need to keep my insulin cold. It would have been great to have a refrig.

Bring your own Food , Coffee ; Refreshments, and most importantly , Your own Satellite wireless system if you wish to have the internet at night , I was told they turn it off at night???? And it costs about 20 bucks to rent an in room video , Good selection of new movies though!!

Train tickets run around $14 dollars from the airport to the city center round trip if you buy your tickets on the train. Buy tickets online beforehand and have them mailed to you and they are discounted. You can also buy day passes that include ALL public transport in the city for ten dollars (the independence pass). Also it is helpful to know that not all day/weekend passes include the regional rail lines and this is the only line that services the airport.
