Short walk from hotel
Take the Hotel Shuttle to Terminal A (or any terminal) and take the Regional Train downtown. You can buy an Independence Pass on the train that is good for unlimited use of SEPTA (trains, subway, buses, trolleys) for the entire day.

Excellent Staff
The reason I gave them an exceptional rating is due to their staff. Everything else was "Fine". I had some issues with my rental car (dead battery) and was very stressed about it and they asked each employee if they had cables and found someone to jumpstart the car. It was clear they really cared about me as a consumer.

Good & Comfortable
My one night stay was just what I'd hoped it would be. After a long flight, it was easy, close, clean, comfortable. I'd do it again any time I fly into Philadelphia.

Requested a king - got 2 doubles. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Was looking forward to a nice hot bath and there was NO TUB. Just a shower that wasn't enclosed so the whole bathroom got wet. then because the bathroom floor was soaked when you went out to the bedroom you slipped on the floor. Fell twice. Also chose this hotel because they had room service. There were 3 items for the dinner entrees. Hamburger, cheese steak and chicken. Except for the bed econolodge would have been better.

Decent for airport layover
No Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby. Small bathroom that didn't impress. Front desk lady was great.

Convenient for an overnight
This hotel is located near the airport and has a free shuttle to and from. Parking is $7 a night. I went to all three hotels in the triplex and I feel as though this was the best value. The restaurant closed early but I walked to another and the food was good. I was staying because I was flying out the next morning so didn't have an opportunity to use all amenities. No hot tub which was sad, I definitely was hoping for one. Just a convenient place to stay to fly out. Room clean, bed was nice, pillows pretty fantastic. They have internet in the room but it is not wireless.

Black Friday Getaway
I was driving from Ohio to Philadelphia to spend some weekend time with Family and Shopping for the Holidays. The Hotel was ok very clean , avg style rooms, great breakfast and bar area.

Short drive from hotel
Down Town Center City is just a short drive on 76 exit off the 30th street exit. I found a perfect place to eat its called Mixto on Pine Street off of 11th and Pine. Upscale Latin cusine and great "Meatless" options. The Margaritas are a must.

Will never stay there again!
From the time I got off the plane there was a problem! My flight arrived @ 6:00a.m. I was told I could'nt check in until 3:00p.m. Some how I managed to get in a room before noon. The front desk staff was not kind, just not nice @ all.And for Philly to be know as the State of Brotherly love I could'nt tell. The staff needs to be retrained,(that is if they had any training @all) On how to treat the people that helps make their checks possible!House keeping staff was what made my stay there not so bad. All the ladies were friendly, and very attentive to the guess needs! Big thanks to the ladies in house keeping.Please train the rest of your staff to be as nice, friendly and kind like the house keepers to all the guests. Thank you

Great Stay
My room was very clean and everything I needed was available. Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning my room and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
