Very good for my business travel needs.
The 4-Points Sheraton was very good for my business travel needs. The front desk check in person was very, very helpful with my check in and helped me arrange my in town travel needs. I really liked the free internet and free use of the computer and printer and the free 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle staff were very nice and helpful.

Paid for Parking
The overall visit was satisfactory. Room was comfortable. But had a problem with the dining room serving fish frozen twice. Did not like to pay for parking at hotel especially when registered at the hotel. No validated parking.

Close to Airport
This was a clean, comfortable hotel close to the airport for those of us with only a brief time in Philly. I would stay there again.

Great access to airport
The Sheraton Four Points has great access to the Philadelphia airport. The van service was excellent. The interior of the hotel above the lobby level is a little worn, but the bed was extremely clean and comfortable. The shower was also terrific.

very convenient, especially for travelers and close to Philadelphia
It was a very nice experience. The airport shuttle couldn't have been more convenient. The hotel staff, restaurants and food great. The pool was very nice. All in all, very good and i would stay there again and recommend it too.

My review of Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Airport
Very nice facility, quiet location. The only problem was it had one entrance and was somewhat complicated to get to. Easy access to the airport.

I'll pass next time
The room was comfortable. As I was sitting in the chair looking around I noticed a lot of electrical cords from lamps, appliances, etc that were in plain view, while they were probably not overloading the system it did make me wonder about them being so visable. I went to the dinning room for an evening snack and as I was going down in the elevator there were 8 young kids that were riding it up and down. Comments made by people using the elevator that obviously had been on it before made me believe they had been for quite sometime. I remember thinking, Oh great, wonder what kind of havoc they can cause. With in 5 minutes of departing the elevator the fire alarm went off and we were escorted outside to wait for the fire department to arrive. When the firemen told it was safe to go back in they told us there had been no fire but some disruption was caused in one of the elevators. I felt that if the hotel had been doing a proper job with security the fire alarm incident might have been averted. After observing the electrical cords and the having the disruption from the evacuation my nights rest was not as peaceful as it might have been. Plus I did not read until the next morning that down was in pillows which explained my allergies being kicked up.

Just ok
The Sheraton Four Points was fine but not great. First, my room had an air conditioner that was quite loud. Second, there is nothing in this area. The pool was fine.

Good value for money in a city
The room had a refrigerator which was suprising for a room in a big city. The bed was nice and comfortable. The creams and soaps were customized which was a nice addition to plain hotel offerings. Good location to the airport and downtown.

Tired but comfortable
Older facility that needs some renovation. Room was clean & comfortable. Beer was cold, but don't bother to order the crab cakes.
