The Staff was very helpful and friendly and accommodated to our needs. The pool was clean but small and we had it all to ourselves that night so it was fine.The beds were great (both queen size) and the 2 boys slept well . They were comfortable.

Clean Room and very friendly staff
When I checked in the shuttle driver and the clerk were behind the desk and both were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Likewise the woman working in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful too

My youngest sister, niece and I came up from North Carolina to attend our dad funeral services for. We wanted good accommodations at a reasonable price. My middle sister who lives in PA suggested making reservations at the Fairfield Inn. Fairfield Inn's staff provided us with excellent service, the rooms were nice clean and was reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the breakfasts.

Great Experience for a Very Late Arrival
My flight didn't arrive until about 3 am. I was so pleased with the immediate shuttle pick up and the very pleasant night receptionist. The room was comfortable. The morning hotel staff were just as nice. I was back on schedule by 8 am. after enjoying coffe and breakfast.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Shuttle from airport long wait- special tip: this hotel is in a complex with rhe Courtyard Inn and Extended Stay so you can ask to jump those shuttles if they arrive first, at discretion of driver.

The Philadelphia Airport Fairfield
We needed a place to stay near the airport for an early flight the next morning. It served the purpose well. Breakfast was good! The hotel is average- what you would expect in that price range BUT the staff was very friendly!

The City Tavern is tasty and a neat experience, as it is uses true colonial recipes and period clothing and decor!

The hotel staff was nice. However, we had to ask several times for things like towels and coffee because they were not replaced when the room was cleaned.

Great Staff, Nice room!!
I stayed here for my birthday to attend a concert and take in the sights on Philadelphia before moving on to Lancaster, PA. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was nice, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good location. Very convenient to airport, not far from arena and sporting venues or downtown historic area. I would definately stay here again.
