A great getaway in Philadelphia
The hotel's location was extremely convenient to all that we did, where we went while in Philadelphia. Being able to park the car, because everything was within walking distance, was the primary reason for selecting this hotel. Easy access to the subway for travel to sporting event was an added plus. I would highly recommend a trip to Philadelphia, as well as a stay at this hotel!! In fact, I hope to be back soon!

Comfortable walking shoes, carry water bottle with you, and have a swimming suit to put on for jumping in the pool afterwards!!

Great Modern Rooms
The hotel was beautiful and well situated in the heart of Philadelphia; in walking distance to City Hall. The staff was pleasant and upon check-in, they provide guests with a warm cookie that was very good. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept well every night.

Okay...
Our room was right next to the elevator and it was noisy! Staff was nice, but didn't realize the $44 parking fee was going to be that high for 2 nights. Room was clean and spacious. View was terrible, but we were on a low floor so we were looking at other buildings. Comfy bed and large bathroom.

Center City value
Great views with large windows in the perfect location in the center of Center City, steps away from the subway, directly across from the Academy of Music. Very fast efficient elevators and free internet access for Hhonors guests in the Hhonors lounge. Nice sized rooms and bathroom. I would have appreciated an in-room safe, though.

Walk across street to Academy of Music, other famous concert venues in Philadelphia. No changes or refunds from the moment you book you pay and there is no return. gym is fair. nice whirlpool and swimming. otherwise staff is nice. we were too busy to assess restaurants

very clean,centrally located
centrally located and super clean, rooms are spacious! We went to eat,drink and shop - had a great time everything was in walking distace. i would deffinitly stay here again!! Loved the cookies they handed out at check in!!!!!!!!!

Great Location!
This is an awesome location if you are looking to go to one of the many broadway shows that play at the Kimmel Center or Academy of Arts! We literally walked across the street to go to the Lion King on Broadway. Great restaurants surround the hotel which is good as the bar/restaurant at the hotel is average at best. Does not diminish the great location, courteous staff and nice room though!

Lion King Playing at the Academy of Music. This hotel was perfect for a no worry travel, just walk across the street and you are there. A lot of dining choices nearby, just google restaurants near Double Tree Philadelphia and read the reviews.

Great location! Great service!
I was in Philadelphia to attend a conference. The hotel was the perfect location from which to explore the city once work was over - easy access to Old City, a quick walk to some of my favorite restaurants. The hotel itself was quiet and clean and the staff very courteous. I will stay here again the next time in Philly.
