Restful Center City location conveniently close to shopping and dining
The Crowne Plaza in downtown Philadelphia offers a convenient location for business or leisure travel. Just a few blocks north of Rittenhouse Square, shopping and dining options are plentiful. Great location, good hotel, bad shuttle
Great experience marred by poor quality of shuttle service. I asked for a shuttle to the airport. The hotel contracts with an outside provider and kept telling me that the shuttle was 2 minutes away for 15 minutes beyond the pickup time and ultimately I took a cab which cost me substantially more.

Fantastic Getaway

Location, Location, Location... and that is it!
The hotel room and its bathroom were actually quite small. Especially the bathroom (tiny). TV needs to be updated... Still using a "big tube" set. Valet parking was confusing, especially when retrieving the car. Location can't be beat!

Amazing Valentines weekend getaway
Great hotel at a great price. I've stayed at this hotel twice and had an amazing stay twice. Hotel was right in the heart of Philidelphia so entertainment was all near by.

Winter Classics stay 2012
We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for the NHL Winter Classics. The Hotel was OK, but we didn't get what we payed for. Compared to what other downton Hotels cost, the Crowne Plaza is to expensive. A big minus is that the breakfast is not includet and there's no complimentary Hotel shuttle to the Airport. The rooms need a renovation!

New Year Eve
We got three rooms paid in full in advance and had no problems or delays with check in or check out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower room is small but overall the room is very nice and the hotel is flexible with accommodating special requests like putting multiple rooms together etc. Great place to stay for new years too, central location and near all the action!

This hotel was basic goodness. The location was acceptable and it was clean. I do not have strong feelings about it. On the one hand, it did the job. On the other, it was nothing to write home about. Basic goodness.

excellent place to stay
I enjoyed very much my short stay in this place although I had a little incident during the early morning hours caused by a false fire alarm that didn't allow me to rest as I wanted. The rest is fine.
