Club Quarters in Philadelphia.

The room is nice but only one bed available. One of our rooms had a pull out sofa but only a single. It's too small. Bathroom is nice and clean. Free filtered water is a nice touch in the hallway. No complimentary breakfast. What I found unacceptable is the parking situation. No parking lot, no parking garage, and no parking to load and unload without risking a ticket. The parking garage down the corner is $30 each time in and out which is ridiculous. We finally figured out the 35% voucher for a parking discount, and when we left the last time, no one was available at the garage outlet. We just paid in full and left. While the room is nice. I can't accept the parking situation of this hotel and I can't recommend this hotel.

Great value

I was happy with my experience at the Club Quarters. Good location and great price. Room was small but very clean. They allowed me to check in 2 hours early for no extra charge.

Good Choice

Excellent hotel, centrally located, within walking distance of historic area. Rooms were a bit small, but lobby was large and inviting, and since it was one floor up from the street, it felt like a private club. My only complaint was the laundry facilities. The combination washer / dryer just didn't dry. After a week on the road, I really needed better laundry facilities than that. We parked in the garage across the street, accessible on the next corner. Very convenient.

Ok-But...

The hotel was in an excellent location! But, we had a room on the 12th floor which had a skylight, although it was nice it did not block out the light so was not a good thing to have during the summer. If a person goes to Happy Hour-please read the FINE print very carefully and only accept the food that is served if you really want it as it not "on the house". The only laundry facilities are located on the 12th floor. However, there are only two washing/drying machines and because they wash and dry in the same machine it takes twice as long for clothes to dry. Positive is that the hotel provides clothes washing soap-but it is not always available.

conveniently located, reasonably priced

The skylight in the lobby is lovely. My room was small, but comfortable. It was really all I needed. The bed was comfortable. The staff were kind. It's located right in center Philadelphia, so I could walk everywhere I needed to go. However, parking was outrageous, so if you're driving, that's something to consider.

Value and location - excellent

We had two nights at the Quarters Club. The hotel is centrally located near train terminals, restaurants, historic sites and nightlife. The staff was helpful on arrival and the lobby and room was very clean with updated amenities. Our room 1003 was very very quiet. We loved that we had a water dispenser on our floor with sanitary plastic bottles – made it easy to stay healthy and hydrated after our trip without extra expense. We'd definitely stay here again!

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

If you're arriving by train, get off at the Suburban Station instead of 30th Street. You'll save cab fare and can walk three short blocks to the hotel.

Great weekend getaway

This hotel is immaculat. While the rooms aren't as large and glamorous as some other hotels, they are comfortable and clean. I absolutely love the free filtered and chilled water feature. Everyone knows how frustrating it can be to arrive at your hotel after a long flight and have nothing to drink. Plus the fitness center actually has more than just a bike and treadmill. PROS: clean, comfortable room with great amenities; great location next to Rittenhouse with lots of nearby shopping and dining. CONS: located on a loud street, prices could be better as they are the same as nicer hotels nearby
