Spacious accommodation, pleasant helpful staff in the morning, but not so much so on arrival. Made the museum trip and back to the train easy.

Great Location, Staff and Amenities
We arrived early but it wasn't a problem for staff and they were so knowledgable of what was available in the area. The Lobby was sunny, warm and the snacks were very welcome! Every time we approached the desk we were greeted immediately and our questions were answered. The location is central to everything we needed to do and having the Davio's connection is perfect. We will recommend it to all our friends who travel to Philly.

Great Experience
A very pleasant stay indeed, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was neat, clean and efficently arranged. I would recommend it and consider it a value for all.

Barebones
Experience was neutral. Pros: Comfy bed, nice looking hotel, speedy check-in/out. Cons: Noisy - Could hear every movement outside the room. Toilet is awkwardly stuffed under a shelf. Size - room was tiny, like a large walk in closet. Staff's attitude doesn't feel very friendly. Was told that parking garage was $21 for all day, but I was charged $36.

"Good Stuff" in every category but one, but there were difficulties with: (a) disquieting confusion over room-bookings, eventually acknowledged by hotel, and (b) card-entry for room and activation of elevators was baffling and irritating.

Lovely hotel for one night
We had a great experience. The staff was great behave good recommendations on restaurants. Upgraded to the suite, thank goodness. Small rooms. Settled in the middle of the city. Loud at all hours outside, difficulty getting to sleep.

That's Good Stuff
The location is great. The staff was very attentive and extremely polite. The room was average, nothing special but the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again and will recommend it to friends.

We have stayed at a Club Quarters in the past and had a great experience. This one was just add good. Room was small but comfy and bed and pillows were amazing. Had a coffee maker but was missing some of the usual things like a hair dryer, mini fridge... Considering they are geared towards business travellers this seemed strange. Love the water bottle filling stations. Main problem i had was that the continental breakfast...which are free at most hotels...was $10. All that was offered were pastries and cereal. I got an egg sandwich and a coffee around the corner for $6. Also drinks in the restaurant were expensive. That being said the location was great in Center city!
