2 day trip

Staff is great. Hotel room was fine, but a little tight. The card key randomly stopped working in day two. Had to go down to the front office to fix.

One of my faves

I do a lot of traveling, and for the price Club Quarters is by FAR the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Super friendly staff, TONS of amenities, a great bar to eat a steak at, a snack bar in the lobby with an awesome coffee machine that makes European style coffee. I was actually sad to leave. I wish I could move in and be forever pampered by them. The only con: the heat in the "living room" was low so it was too cold for me to hang out. Otherwise, I would have spent more time out of the room.

Club Quaters will not disapoint

Although this establishment is usually somewhat exclusive in it's booking and referrals, our package provided the access at a great rate and the perfect time. Many locations around the country and guests must have specific affiliations with other businesses. See their website for further information details. Two Thumbs Up!

Terrible customer service policy for weather cancellation

My flight from Boston was cancelled Friday because of a major winter storm, so I rebooked to arrive Philadelphia Saturday morning. Club Quarters refused to release me from my Friday night reservation so I stayed one night but paid for two. Miserable customer service policy.

Avoid the monster hotels

Nice small hotel feel that I prefer. Looks to have a classy restaurant. Close to city hall area, but off the main drags.

Great location, small room, good value

If you are looking for a place to sleep to enjoy the city, I would definitely recommend Club Quarters. It has a great location and allows you to walk around Center City with no issues. If you are the type of person who likes to stay in the room, the single room we had is not for you. While they offer many comforts, space is at a premium as is the view. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay and complimentary coffee in the lobby (the stuff in the room wasn't very good). I could also see this being a nice place to get work done as it is quiet and provides a nice desk. All of the staff was friendly and helpful as well. Thanks for the deal and the convenient way to catch a show and sleep over!

Entertainment tip: Short walk from hotel

Short walk to the avenue of the arts. We are talking about 7-8 of the best theaters in the city within a 10-15 minute walk.

Basic but great location

Very basic room but good for the price and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect and off-site parking with the discount was a good value.

Perfect location, expedient (if somewhat impersonal) servie

You couldn't ask for a better location at this price - a couple minutes walk from Rittenhouse square, City Hall, and Ben Frankin Parkway, Club Quarters was a great spot to be in. The hotel was clean and luxurious, the bed was super comfortable, and free bottles of chilled water was a plus. Staff was quite friendly upon check-in, but the self-service check-in/out machines honestly felt a little impersonal. If you don't love forced human interaction with hotel staff, you could definitely avoid those awkward encounters at this hotel. Seems like a great place for the on-the-go business traveler or pilot/flight attendant, but likely not for the family as the rooms were a bit cozy and there isn't a pool or places for them to run around.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Just a few blocks south on 17th st, the Black Sheep Pub is a gem of a bar - real Irish Pub feel with an inventive menu and great beers on tap. Highly recommend the chickpea veggie burger.

Very comfortable and convenient

Club Quarters is in an excellent location and the hotel has very nice staff. I stayed here last summer for a vacation and used it for a business stay this time. It was wonderful both times.
