It "ok"
I got a good deal through this service - had called to see what their rates were and surprise! It was 40+ The concierge was lost, couldn't find my reservation, asked 5 times my name and when the reservation was for - finally I had to access my confirmation so she could finally access the info needed. Room was extremely cold, as the temperature control was off. Restaurants and clubs are a walk away so that was great. No particular view worth mentioning, however it was ok for an impromptu overnight stay. Wouldn't recommend for more than one night unless you upgrade to a suite.

Where is it?
This was an excellent hotel in the heart of downtown Philly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Fitness center was good as well. They also provided granola bars, fruit, and coffee in the morning, and sodas and chips, salsa, and a nut mix at night. That was a nice surprise. My only complaint was that is was very hard to find. I drove past it a few times before I called to ask the location, and then I found it. Also, you have to pay for parking... expensive in downtown Philly, but they give yo 33% off. Overall a great experience.

Great Marathon Lodging
In Philly for the marathon. Excellent location about a mile from the start/finish. Having kitchen facilities in the room was very convenient. Nice neighborhood with good restaurant options and only a mile walk to Independence Park - perfect post-marathon activity.

GREAT HOTEL!
My Girlfriend and I were traveling through PA, NY and NJ over ThanksGiving 2012, staying in various hotels. This Hotel was the last place we stayed, and we booked in through this site, in the last minute. However, we got a great deal. We called ahead, to ask where the parking might be, and the lady on the phone was hard to understand because of a heavy accent. However, she was friendly and helped us when we arrive. The first room we went into did not have a frig or microwave, so we promptly asked if we could have one that did. We were promptly moved to a much nicer room. It was clean, had all the amenities including a flat screen wall mounted TV, that could be rotating for convenience. There we was only a few towels in the BA, but we survived that. I also liked the lobby in that there were dedicated computers to print out boarding passes. I would defn stay here again, assuming we could get the great price we got last week.

Nice place to stay
The location was convienent downtown, rooms were spotless and comfortable. On the downside, there was no parking -- not even a place to stop while checking in, so you had to walk from the nearby lot with your luggage. The room was small, but comfortable as I said. And no real room service, although they had places that would deliver.

Very disappointing
Very austere. Room was small, bathroom/shower was tiny. Very dark atmosphere. Non smoking room suddenly smelled of smoke halfway thru stay. Staff was very accommodating when I asked for a change of room--not particularly friendly or apologetic but had no problem changing the room. Don't know if I got "upgraded" as a result but got a small refrigerator in room which was lacking in the first room. There was a desk w/desk chair and a single chair in the room. TV was very small. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for the same cost as this place. I would never stay in a "club" atmosphere again. The place was immaculate as a positive.
