Great location and friendly staff
We stayed here for 4 weekday nights and would recommend the hotel to others. We were able to check in early as well as check-out late. The front lobby staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were standard and clean. We were near the elevator so there was occasionally foot traffic noise but nothing that woke us up during the night. Walls were a little thin and I could hear the room next door's wake-up call. The location of this hotel was excellent for seeing the sights. Parking was onsite with in and out privileges at $25/day. The restaurant was very slow for breakfast and took 25 minutes for oatmeal. We only ate there once.

Senior trip
I took my son to Philadelphia for Mother/Son Senior trip before he leaves for college. It was such a wonderful trip! Besides the great company, the location is perfect! The hotel is close to everything you want to see and close to the transportaton you need to see things farther away. The front desk staff and bell staff are wonderful. The room was comfortable for our needs. The only negative is that the room didn't have a fridge in it. That is a huge bummer considering all of the great food you are surrounded by!

Declining
Recently stayed for 4th time and noticed a significant decline in the staff. Front desk staff at checkin acted as if they were doing me a favor, breakfast service took over 90 minutes and one of the two waitresses was rudely instructing diners to move tables so she wouldn't have to walk as far. Past stays as recent as October '11 were much better, not sure what happened but hope they raise the standards to previous levels.

STAY AWAY!!!!
Overpriced...was supposed to get adjoining rooms but was put in two separate handicapped rooms on 3rd floor -- one next to the elevators and one next to the gym!!! The noise was horrible, the room was vibrating when people would run on the treadmill, we would hear a big boom everytime someone dropped a weight on the floor. The rooms were extremely small, the bathrooms were molding and dirty. Huge dusty TVs. NOT worth a quarter of what I paid. Hotel wants to put 25,000 Reward Points in a Priority Club Rewards member account for me. No other compensation whatsoever. They can keep their points I would NEVER stay again!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice, but noisy
The hotel was nice; however, my room was across from a fire station. This made for some noisy nights during my stay. I found the on-site restaurant to be overpriced; however, the staff directed me to some great restaurants in the area.
