Motel 6 Harrisburg Hershey South

No water pressure, mold in the shower, rock hard beds, 19in tv old broken remote taped together, if your into a drugs great place for you Not me I would never stay here again

The beeding and room was clean. The location was near Harrisburg Downtown which was perfect. The staff was nice as well. The only bad part was they did not have an ironing board or iron or hairdryer. My friend had to give them his state I.D. as collateral in order for him to borrow an iron and ironing board. I guess they did that because many people steal from them. I wish they could have been considerate enough to bring up the iron and board to our room. Our room was located on the second floor. My friend had to go to the main office, drag that stuff to the second floor to our room, and then drag that stuff back down stairs so he can get his I.D. back... I wish they could have at least brought it up to our room. An other issue was that the sink did not have enough water pressure and was not putting out cold water. It was almost dripping with both faucets on all the way. This needs to be fixed. Other than those two annoying problems, everything else was fine.

This hotel is right off the highway and in a bit of shady area for first impressions. The first room we were given had a really noisy ac unit, the sink and floors were permanently stained some brown color, the tv had no cable jack in the back, only one bed was made, the other bed had some scabs still under the sheets and blood on the pillow, and to top it off the garbage can from outside left a horrible smell in the room. Brought up the issues to the front desk and he was really nice about the whole issue and gave us another room. The room was better but was on the first floor andsince none of the doors at this place are set correctly, there are large gaps for bugs to come in--which they did. Since they have signs in the lobby specifically saying they can't do anything about the bug problem, we killed 6 bugs in an hour and decided to go to sleep. Waking up the next morning was just as bad because both my wife and I had back pains afterwards from sleeping on the rock solid mattress. The shower has extremely low pessure and took about 10 minutes to even heat up. I would not reccomend this to anyone, there are much nicer looking hotels just down the street so spring for the extra $20, because this place is not worth a second look.

Didn't run into any problems, but at the same time nothing over top to really write about.

If you don't mind bare necessities stay here. Truly I would rather pay the extra $50 and wake up feeling refreshed.

1.business trip2.yes good customer service. The customer service person that can in on the second shift had no idea of what she was doing. She assigned another guest to the room I was staying in ,and the guest walked right in to my room. Than she could not understand that I had already paid [...] and wanted to charge my credit card for my stay.The room was very nice and clean, but there employees need better training.3.I consider my previous trip to be on the scale of 9 or 10, this trip was a 5 .

We stayed one night at this hotel while moving from Ohio to New York. It was very dirty, in disrepair, and overall was highly disappointing. The mattresses were so bad that I awoke several times during the night in intense pain. If you are traveling with a UHaul or any kind of trailor, be aware that getting in and out of the parking lot can be difficult. I will NOT stay there again, and do NOT recommend it to anyone else.

the beds were really used the room only had tv the shower needs to be replaced. it was some what clean. I would not stay there again. the location was fine.
