Mary & Joseph had better accomodations in the stable in Bethleham.
The WIFI was non-existant. NO STAFF ON AFTER HOURS AND NO ONE TOLD ME!!!! GOT LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM TEMPORARILY!!!! The bar & resterant were never open & the ice & vending machines were out of order. I could deal with the outside looking like a disaster since it was so cheap, but if you list amenities, make sure they are available or at least have your staff explain up-front the problems. Go to motel across the interstate if you need an inexpensive place that will provide the services they advertise.

Underwhelming
The location of the actual hotel rooms is hard to find. It would have been nice to ask someone where the rooms were if anyone had been around. The room itself was nice and well priced for the area. But the service and organization of the complex was very poor.

ok for the price
little hard to find, no signs for entrance, friendly reception, room ok, but not exceptionally clean, bed comfortable, tub didn't drain well, parking lot by rooms very littered.

clean & comfortable
I found the room to be very clean & the bed comfortable. there were 2 restaurants on site. I ate at the italian restaurant. the food was phenominal. It was better than some 5 star restaurants I've been to. I will need to be in the area monthly, and will be happy to stay there again.

Pretty good for the money
I was in town for my niece's high school graduation and stayed for two nights. The desk clerks were great - friendly and helpful - one writing out directions to a store and the other bringing me an iron at midnight. The downside of the iron story is that the inn had no ironing boards to pass out. The place is a little tired in its carpeting, blinds and towels. And the entire wing I stayed in reeked of tobacco smoke. I was in a non-smoking room, but the best I can say about that is that it smelled less like smoke than the rest. But I got a good price and was just there to sleep, so I feel like I got my money's worth. I wasn't looking for Class A accommodations.
