Could use a little more
The hotel staff was friendly when I was greeted. The room did not have any amenities, including a hair dryer. The blankets on the bed were old and thin. We stayed on the first floor, so it was very noisy with people walking by our room, and the parking lot was right outside of our door. It is by a busy road which gives you quick access to Pittsburgh. I will pay a little more in price next time and stay somewhere else.

The Waterfront area of Pittsburgh is great if you want to spend an evening of shopping and dining. PF Chang's was excellent, except it was a 2hr. wait. I recommend putting your name in first, then go shopping. They will call you on your cell phone when your table is ready. The food is worth the wait!

Beware
The saying "You get what you pay for" works best for this "inn" stay. It was the worst experience of my life. The room had a very humid and damp feeling. I went to lay down and there was a bug crawling on the bed. The power went out in our room, and we had to wait 45 mins for them to restore the power (after we called the front desk twice). How do you blow a fuse in a hotel/inn. That doesn't even sound right. We were almost late to the event we were going to, luckily the event did not start on time. When I went to check out the printer wasn't working so I did not get a copy of my receipt. The representative took down my email address to send me my receipt (she said she was doing it as we speak), and I still do not have a copy of my bill. All in all I would not recommend this inn to anyone.

Last Resort Hotel
We were in town for a funeral. While what we needed most was a bed, we were still surprised at how little the hotel provided for the price we paid per night. The rooms had little beyond a bed...no hair dryer, no iron, no coffee pot. The room was a bit run down, but clean. Still, we were very disappointed, and will never stay at this hotel again.

Quiet and Cozy
Room was large, updated and heated comfortably with a baseboard type heat, no noisy fans or air blowing around. I loved it. King size bed could have been a little more padded, I could feel some of the springs. We could not have beat the price and was very satisfied.

Comfortable
The staff was very friendly. The room was average. Two small complaints. Somebody left the temp in the room at 85. I had to turn on the air conditioner in January to cool the room down. Also the TV had some dust on it enough that I could feel it when I turned on the TV. Otherwise, very ordinary room.
