functional and roomy
The room was exactly what would be needed by a business or family traveler. There is free WI-FI which is mandatory nowadays. A full sized refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave was in the room. CRT TV!!??? 27 inch...there could have been a lot better TV than that of course in this day/age.

Older but clean property. Internet extra
Internet access is an additional fee. The property is an older, but well maintained and clean facility. Seems to be well run. No daily housekeeping. Change your towels at the front desk.

Great place
The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. I loved that the room had a little full kitchen which was essential since we were traveling with kids that need their milk and juice and snacks refrigerated. ALso the room was really clean and cozy. big bathroom too. things in the room where not ulra modern a little older style but I didn't really care about that.

Better Places
Disappointed with this place. Worn out and needs to be updated. Bed was something between a twin and a queen. Bed cover smelled of BO. TV was a old style 20".

Great Customer Service
Tons of snow that day and the sidewalk and roads were plowed. Receptionist gave us free WiFi b/c of snow and when we told him my wife was pregnant he offered many more services/upgrades. Heat was comfortable level

The best deal in town
The check in staff is always courteous, professional, and even personable. I have been pleased each time I have stayed with Extended Stay America. The rate is ideal for my often visits. I used to stay at the other higher rated hotels in the area and each time the features became less and less reasonable for the escalating costs. I have no complaints.

Shopping opportunities are plentiful in this business area. Dining is also plentiful. Try Primanti Bros, just next door, within a two minute walk. Or drive in either the East or West direction to find a spot of your choosing.

Had a wonderful weekend...so nice that restaurants and entertainment are close by...front desk clerk "Bob" extremely friendly and helpful...only negative, beds are extremely hard and only 2 pillows provided...will come back
